Meet Art Beatz – a massively successful Big Room Electro House DJ and producer who has a particular image and a lot of creativity and innovation on his mind!
1 – What did you want to be when you grew up?
Professional soccer player.
2 – Where did you get the idea to be a “face-painted” DJ?
I was researching branding my name and was looking to have a new image to promote. I started searching for artistic pictures and came along with big mouth face paint.
Then I decided to make a music video for my song “Riot” so I ended up using a big mouth face paint for my character. After that, people loved the video so then I decided to officially make it my image.
3 – What’s the best record ever made?
“Beat It” by Michael Jackson.
4 – How would you describe the sound of your productions?
My comes from many genres so I would say my sound is very diverse but mostly clubby and melodic.
5 – Have you made remixes for other artists?
I have made remixes for many artists like Lil Jon, Britney Spears, Pitbull, Ariez Onasis, and many others.
6 – What’s the best club you’ve been to?
There is a lot out there but I would say XS (Las Vegas) and Mansion (Miami) are my favorite.
7 – What’s the name of your latest single? Tell us more about future projects…
My latest single was #PLUR which was released last month. I am working on a couple of projects at the moment which looking to release this summer.
8 – What advice would you give to young DJs?
Be original and take as much time in creating your own sound. This is something I am still working on at the moment actually and I think its the most important part of getting noticed by labels and other DJs.
