DREAMS Debut Music Video “No One Defeats Us”

DREAMS Debut Music Video "No One Defeats Us"
DREAMS
is a new duo formed by Empire Of The Sun’s Luke Steele and the former frontman of Silverchair, Daniel Johns. Their Electro Pop and Rock worlds are merged into a single concept on this debut track called “No One Defeat Us”.  Strolling around graffitied walls and bridges they play roles of rebels without a cause in their new music video. Don’t be surprised if you watch them singing together aggressively and out loud. Definitely, I think they got the right attitude for this highly danceable rockish beat. Besides that, “No One Defeat Us” is also incredibly catchy. What do you guys think? Leave your comments below.

You Can’t Stop Humming This Splendid Song, “All At Once” By Me an Di

Me an Di
Just a few days ago, rising Electro-Pop duo Me an Di released their debut single “All At Once”. Both of them are Berklee graduates who started their careers as songwriters. After years of writing for other artists (e.g., Walla’s “Talking Dirty”), these guys are finally embarking their own musical project with the right foot. As a matter of fact, their splendid new track is evidence of their heartfelt storytelling abilities. Over a soft piano melody, electronic beats and glitchy sound effects, they lend their magical voices in order to create a love anthem for the 21st century. If you find yourself humming along to “All At Once”, it’s because the lyrics went straight to your heart. Stream in full via SoundCloud below.

Prepare To Be Hypnotized By Thamatic’s “After School”

Published

after school
There’s something hypnotic and captivating about Thamatic‘s new single “After School”. Perhaps, the dark Electro-Pop melody that rings in the background has something to do with it. While to others it is the unique vocal delivery which results catchy. What is certain is that you’ve got to love a tune that includes good percussion, plus frenetic drum patterns, and even Hip-Hop chants in the last chorus.

If I’m not mistaken, I think these creative guys from Chicago took a new music direction for the very first time with “After School”. Tending toward synth textures rather than their traditional acoustic-based sound. In that respect, the outcome is pretty satisfactory in my opinion. On a side note, Thamatic is heading to Fullerton Studios tomorrow to record the last Rock songs for their upcoming album titled, ‘The Final Album’. Let’s all keep an eye on them for more gems like this on their socials below.

405 freeway
The famous 405 freeway in California inspired Charles Goose to create a jam with warm melodies. The talented hitmaker from LA brings back nostalgic 80s vibes by emulating the sound of timeless classics. Best of all, there’s a loose summery feel to it, which serves as a stress reliever for the freeway’s congestion problems. Just think about it, the next time you’re stuck in traffic, you’ll need feel-good music like the one below. To the surprise of many, the independent Music Producer is taking the music scene by storm without a record label. Definitely, his creativity shines because his productions differ from the rest. I hope you like “405” as much as I do.

The music video for “I Can Treat You Better” by Part Time is striking because of its 80’s aesthetic. On top of this, it is incredible to see that now visuals can easily transport you back to that epic era. So far, this is probably the best slow jam of the year. The vocals from David Loca (lead singer) shines through those vintage-esque synths, not even talking about the killer sax solo… I swear you can play this tune over 50 million times on Spotify and you’ll never get tired of it. On a side note, the band from San Francisco, California joined forces with Ariel Pink on this masterpiece. There’s not one bad song that features Ariel’s falsettos, you can check out his collaboration with SSION on “At Least The Sky Is Blue”, which feels also like a hit.
