Inner Space Reveals Ambient Sounds On His First Ever Album ‘Time Zero’

Published

Inner Space
You no longer need to buy a ticket in order to travel through cosmos. Simply, close your eyes and listen to Inner Space’s debut album ‘Time Zero’. On the whole, I’m literally impressed with the sonic environments he creates. Clearly, the excellent quality of the Ambient sounds will transport you to an unknown zone. Indeed, even when imagination inspires us to think about infinite stars and empty planets while listening to these cinematic compositions. By the way, the album’s concept has to do with the Big Bang theory and the origin of the universe. In the same way that the solar system is immense, so is the creativity of this German-based producer. According to the artist, William Basinski, Aes Dana and also Drone music keep him motivated to build unique soundscapes for the tastes of Electronica fans. Enjoy it below!

Sonically Transport Yourself To The “Purple Eden” By WinstonW

WinstonW
is an up-and-coming artist whose artistic name is inspired by George Orwell’s sci-fi book 1984. With this in mind, almost all of his songs have a futuristic feel and vibe. Fantastically, on first listen, his latest single “Purple Eden”, transport listeners on a sonic journey that seems to reproduce a nature scene. Of course, he delivers nocturnal atmospherics, so put your headphones on, close your eyes and feel a pleasant cinematic experience for your ears.

In my opinion, a four-minute piece that is as relaxing as walking through the woods. I can assure you this is his best melodic track off his recent EP, ‘IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH’. It is good that the full material is available to stream online via SoundCloud, YouTube or Bandcamp. Need to chill? be sure to check out first “Purple Eden” right here!

To conclude his massive EP ‘Divide’, Shadient brings us “Cyclone”, one last hybrid masterpiece to demonstrate that the darker genres of dance music can work seamlessly together. Delivering heart-thumping, heavy basslines, and immaculate sound design, “Cyclone” is funky, rhythmic and dancefloor-friendly all at once. The track’s fusion of drum & bass and dubstep sounds serves as the EP’s perfect outro as the track releases into smooth, cascading melodies at its closure. Following tracks “Abberate,” “Numbers Station” and “Medination,” Shadient has now unleashed “Cyclone” – and himself – on the world. Divide EP just has been released on NGHTMRE & SLANDER’s Gud Vibrations. Take a full listen to it and let Shadient take you to dark places and back again.

Since his invention in 2015, Shadient has been pushing the boundaries of electronic music. “From the get-go, it was this world of ideas I had rushing into my head of metallic and industrial imagery, dark visual aspects and noise and bass leaning music,” he says. “Some of my more primary influences initially were Gesaffelstein, Boys Noize, and Aphex Twin. Very minimalistic and dark European techno artists, but I always felt that palette could be explored more musically.” Shadient’s forward-thinking approach to production has earned him loyal support from artists like Porter Robinson, who has also become a good friend and even once gave Shadient $3000 to purchase a laptop so he could finish his album. Shadient’s recent releases “COLLIDER” and “winter=reality,” were signed to Mat Zo’s label Mad Zoo and he also did an official remix for RL Grime. Stay tuned for more new music and live performance announcements from Shadient.

Shadient Teases Upcoming Experimental ‘Divide’ EP With Industrial Techno-Bass Crossover “Abberate”

Published

British producer Shadient brings to life dark places, long shadows and sharp edges with a new single “Abberate”, the first glimpse of his upcoming four-track ‘Divide’ EP set for a release on NGHTMRE & SLANDER’s Gud Vibrations in April. Grimy synths that build into mechanical, distorted basslines of “Abberate” make this premier release a shining example of Shadient’s blend of industrial, minimal electronica that fuses elements of techno, bass, and big beat sounds. His music evokes images of raves at the wee hours, at once primal and extraterrestrial.

“Abberate” is the first single off my upcoming EP, ‘Divide,’ with Gud Vibrations. My primary focus with this entire release was inspired by the idea of delving into one’s nostalgia and to explore the first pieces of dance music I ever heard. With that in mind, the music on this EP is heavily inspired by the likes of Afx, Squarepusher, old braindance stuff, with a lot of big beat like The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers. It felt very natural to be writing music like this as the influence all originate from my country (The UK). I’m incredibly excited to have this EP coming out and glad to have it be on Gud Vibrations!” – Shadient

Why Listening To RichViola’s Electronic Music Make Us Feel Happy?

Published

on

By

RichViola
Perhaps you didn’t know science asserts that music and happiness are linked. Likewise, your brain will release dopamine when you listen to RichViola‘s “Kaylie”. First of all, its a chiptune composition with sweet as candy 8-bit sounds. Therefore, what’s giving you this amazing pleasure is without a doubt its chilled out melodic nature. Somehow, it makes me think he produced this short piece with a Nintendo’s Game Boy.

However, above all this, the authentic artist wants to send a message of happiness through his art, encouraging people to smile and appreciate being alive. Its feel-good energy goes hand in hand with the inspirational story behind this track. According to RichViola, “Kaylie” is a child with a special dream. In her own life she had a fourth-grade teacher who changed the way she thought and treated people. Consequently, this event marked her life positively, and I believe this works as a sort of tribute to teachers who act as role models too.
