You Should Be Impressed By The Rockish Energy On Cyrrula’s New Song “Off Step”

In case you need to boost your mood, forget about vitamins or supplements. The most convenient way to recover your vitality is by listening to Cyrrula‘s “Off Step”. Trust me, its rockish energy all around is good for your health as it will make you feel more active. Despite the churchy organ, this band brings a ferocious progressive groove, which is complementary to such expressiveness vocals. Beyond that, there’s also a touch of funkiness that evokes a refreshing spontaneity to the classic genre. One way or another, their sound also involves Industrial-style sound effects, making things a bit futuristic. To sum up, it all comes down to the one word, “originality” and I like it!

Matthew Browning Releases Music Video Filmed In Jean-Roach Dry Lake Bed

Matthew Browning
captures the natural scenery of Jean-Roach Dry Lake Bed on his latest clip. The Progressive Rock artist chose wisely this beautiful location for his single “Underneath The Willow Tree”. In fact, the incredibly shot music video invites us to reflect on suffering. Of course, it is part of the human condition, and the key is to learn how to react to it. One way or another, some scenes can help arouse emotions or make a call to our collective conscience.

The most striking thing about these visuals is watching a woman grieving over sporadic images of refugees. Likewise, his lyrics won’t fail to touch your heart. Beyond that, the human tragedies that cause displacement is an issue that should not be taken lightly. We must put ourselves in their shoes in order to understand the harsh reality others live.

This One’s For Rock Fans, Abe Unleashes His Three-Track EP ‘Not My Problem’

Published

Abe
While it’s not his first EP, Abe‘s ‘Not My Problem’ is probably his strongest material to date. The 19-year-old independent artist from San Antonio, Texas, unleashes three tracks that will be part of his upcoming album to be released this summer. In fact, it is worth stressing that it was recorded, mixed and sang by the young man himself. What’s more, he proves that having a music studio in his bedroom is not a limiting factor for creating powerful songs that please hard Rock fans.

When you listen to the self-titled single, you will notice it features aggressive riffs, plus a great execution of his raspy screaming vocals. Then, on “Butterfly Woman”, I love the distorted guitar sound at the background. As a result, he creates an engaging psychedelic-like experience. Finally, with the last track “Anymore”, get ready to be completely hammered by the unpolished instrumental work, and the whole energetic rockish vibe. That said, Abe let off some steam when expressing emotionally intense lyrics. In conclusion, it’s a great EP to listen to as loud as possible!

This Is A Must-Listen Rockish Tune, “Premonition” By Roseburg

‘s “Premonition” has already garnered thousands of streams on SoundCloud. For sure, its rockish vibes still attract listeners from all across the world. The riff-heavy single was released two months ago by the Utah-based band, and it’s featured on the two-track EP ‘Moving Away!’. Certainly, their lyrical prowess + creativity is pretty clear and evident. Personally, I like how this authentic song talks about a strong feeling that something is about to happen and remaining calm no matter what. With pleasant vocals, and some powerful drumming, “Premonition” will stick in your head for days.

On the other hand, the highly anticipated single from their upcoming debut album ‘Righteous Punk’, entitled “Be Good” is to be released on May 25th”. Fans can enjoy the new single by following Roseburg on all platforms below.

Canadian Duo Post Death Soundtrack Release Stunning Album ‘It Will Come Out Of Nowhere’

Album Review: Post Death Soundtrack - It Will Come Out Of Nowhere
Post Death Soundtrack
hail from Vancouver, Canada and they are known in the blogosphere as a unique duo who explore terrains of experimental music. Without a doubt, the ‘It Will Come Out Of Nowhere’ album reaffirms that. Perhaps, some of you might think each song features a bizarre structure as they combine their Industrial essence with non-traditional elements such as Trip-Hop, Ambient Psychedelia, and even Electronica. Best of all, you won’t get bored at all because they provide versatility. I would recommend this album only if you’re into dark music. I know in this blog we are used to uplifting happy rhythms, but sometimes we need to try new things. Anyway, this is the ideal time to do so. Don’t be afraid to discover a different kind of atmosphere backed with rich instrumentation. Check out my track-by-track review below.

1 — Chosen Sons Get ready for heavy sounds, harsh growls, and explicit lyrics. Of course, the energy levels are high as expected in a good album opener.

2 — Crumbs I’m enjoying this so far. Their heavy melodic style does not cease as well as the abrasive growls. However, this is also combined with clean vocals + insane drums and guitars.

3 — Dark Matter Taking influence from electronic music, this one clearly differs from the previous two tracks. Curiously, the song begins softly leading you to focus on the obscure verses, but it ends up very loud, which is sonically dynamic.

4 — Expect No Sympathy Believe it or not, this is the type of songs that help us to purge emotions like anger. I simply love its title, and the rest of it, which revolves around being free.

5 — Ripples In The Living Dream What a great Industrial-esque intro! Sincerely, this is my favorite track from this album. With intriguing atmospherics/synths it drives a non-stop beat till the end, add to this the fantastic guitars too. Perfection!

6 — Ramona Hills
You can expect a haunted cinematic sound, and probably this is the most Experimental tune I’ve ever heard so far. There are no vocals, just close your eyes and feel the chill out waves.

7 — Benediction This one is pretty different from the rest, due to its sonic oriental magnetism. I don’t know why I could easily associate this wonderful tune with a modern version of the dance of the seven veils. Authentic!

8 – Piercing The Veil There’s an eerie feel to it from beginning to end. Overall, this composition is channeling slow in tempo songs from the likes of Radiohead or Nirvana.

9 — Fallout Ideal for a trance-trip, I like the use of vocoders on this one, and there’s a transition from mellow to upbeat rhythms once again.

10 — Pathless Land Definitely, it keeps a cinematic/monotonous feel, lowering the vocals and avoiding the introduction of growls or the duo’s typical Metal fury.

11 — Bridge Burner The head-banging rockish nature of this track is beyond discussion. They fuse aggressive lines of Metal and Hardcore, providing listeners a breathtakingly ending.
