Today my favorite electronic music duo share with us the “Got To Keep On” music video. Shortly following the release of “Free Yourself”, The Chemical Brothers are back not only with new visuals but also with the announcement of their next album. Entitled as ‘No Geography’, their 9th record will include a total of 10 tracks. What’s more, it is expected to be released in April. On a side note, some songs will have a vintage feel as they were built around vocal samples from past decades. For instance, “Go To Keep On” is a little bit funky to my ears, and I love that unusual combination of Electronica and Disco. Video directed by Michel Gondry & Olivier Gondry. Enjoy it right here!

Australian Producer Throttle Releases Dreamy, Groovy Single “Japan” On Monstercat
Throttle explores the theme of home with plenty of groove in his new single “Japan”, out now on Monstercat. In his true thoughtful fashion, the Aussie producer blends euphonious vocals with delicate melodies, a soft drop and inspiring lyrics to make a track that will both touch your heart and get your feet moving. We have all felt lost and alone in the world at some point in our lives, longing for a familiar place to call home – maybe your childhood house or favorite vacation spot, or loved one’s arms – “Japan” truly expresses this in a sonic capacity with its wistful and yet hopeful notes. “Japan” follows Throttle’s recent single “Dreamer,” which marked his return to Monstercat after six long years, putting him firmly back on the map in a “home” with one of electronic music’s most forward-thinking imprints.
Imagine collaborating with the likes of Galantis and Oliver Heldens, officially remixing Ed Sheeran and performing at Tomorrowland all before your 21st birthday; while a dream for most, this was the reality for Throttle. After cultivating a unique blend of organic and electronic sounds featured in his popular singles “Hit the Road Jack” (which was used in the official trailer for Ocean’s 8) and “Tell Me You Love Me,” Throttle’s music has found homes on notable labels including PRMD, Spinnin’ Records, Warner Music, and Universal. He has put his signature touch on remixes for Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Earth Wind & Fire, Ed Sheeran, Snakehips and more and has production credits for Sabrina Claudio, David Guetta & Martin Garrix. Throttle has gained a loyal following, with 200 million streams each month on Spotify and fans that show up for his sets around the globe, including Tomorrowland, Sziget, EDC Las Vegas and more. “Dreamer” and “Japan” are the beginning of a new era for Throttle, and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with next!

Transport Your Mind To Another Place With Alex Haas & Bill Laswell’s New Album
Alex Haas and Bill Laswell are immersed in music since the late 70s. Both Producers’ creativity led them to work with big names in the industry like David Bowie, PIL, The Ramones, Prince, Brian Eno, and many more. Without a doubt, throughout their careers, they have experimented with various rhythms. Naturally, that’s what art is about, to evolve and transform so you don’t bore your audience. Recently, I’m totally enjoying their latest album ‘Smoke + Glass’ because they bet on Trip Hop, which will give you some Massive Attack vibes. Nevertheless, they explore jazzy and ambient elements too.
Their new full body of work will relax you from start to finish. Here we have a record that is over 40 minutes of chilled-out Electronica. Inspired in urban atmospheres, all these instrumental tracks can transport your mind to another place. Not to mention, it was recorded in different destinations such as Paris, NYC, Morocco and even South East Asia. That being said, its sonic variety is the key to the taste. To sum up, they have created a feel-good sound of their own.

Shlizk’s New Original Single + Remix Prove She’s A Multifaceted Artist
In a male-dominated DJing industry, Ashley Haenel aka Shlizk becomes an inspiration for women. Believe it or not, she’s a multifaceted artist that excels in singing, producing and even songwriting. Playing at legendary clubs like Marquee and Space, the 23-year-old talent releases two tracks for fans of electronic music. The original single “Personality Disorder” takes you on a Dubstep-like journey by incorporating distorting sounds that increase tension. Somehow, she has picked the proper rhythm and title for this tune, don’t you think?…
Another surprising gem is the House-flavored remix treatment she displays on Billie Ellish‘s “When The Party’s Over”. Without a doubt, she gives the original a new lease of life. In other words, she makes it shine with a new light as it feels upbeat and delicate at the same time. Having performed alongside big names in the EDM scene (Diplo, The Chainsmokers, Fareoh, etc.), you can expect more exciting news from this creative lady in the coming months. Stay tuned!

Khanvict Brings Bollywood & Punjabi To Bass Music On New EP ‘Kahani’
If you haven’t made it on an exotic vacation this summer, look no further than Khanvict‘s new ‘Kahani’ EP to make you feel like you’ve been transported to a far-away land. Throughout its five tracks, ‘Kahani’ sweeps the listener into the magic of its rich soundscapes, complete with mesmerizing vocals, unique instrumentals, and modern bass elements. Khanvict weaves an intricate tale throughout the collection of tracks, beginning with the slowly burning “Abandon,” to one of the standout gems of the EP – ” Safar,” a cinematic, vibrant and groovy piece featuring a dream collaboration with talented violinist/instrumentalist Raaginder. Each track is either dancefloor-friendly, such as the bass-and-vocal heavy “Turiya Turiya,” or emotionally appealing like the sultry and expressive “Frozen.” With what is undoubtedly one of the most unique sounds out there right now, we can’t wait to see where Khanvict leads us next.
Pakistani-born, Canadian-raised Khanvict may not be a household name yet, but he is at the forefront of one of the most exciting new sounds in dance music today. Khanvict’s Bollywood-inspired electronic music fuses two of the most popular genres in the world, giving him an entire spectrum of sounds and emotions to explore. His style varies from deep and rhythmic to lively and melodic, incorporating everything from exotic vocal choruses to stunning instrumental solos. Khanvict initially got his start in music by DJing luxury Indian weddings, multi-day parties in exotic locations like the Greek isles, Thailand and Bali. When he began attending festivals like Shambhala in North America, he was introduced to artists like Clozee and Troyboi, whose unique sounds he continues to draw inspiration from today. After debuting with his singles “Before Summer Ends” and “Echo Beach” in 2019, he co-founded his label Snakes x Ladders. The ‘Kahani’ EP is only the beginning of Khanvict’s plans, so keep an eye out for more new music coming soon!

Listen To Easy-Going Electronica Rhythms On “Agile” By El Sound
El Sound is a team of European artists that make electronic music for fun. On their latest single “Agile” you can expect easy-going Electronica rhythms. Often, there’s no need to use vocals in order to evoke emotions. This is a clear example that just with a simple melody Producers can do wonders. You will notice how synths, crisp drums, and punching beats build some tension in the atmosphere. Indeed, El Sound could work for the movie or video game industry as this composition resonates with the sense of danger and suspense. In other words, they design tracks that fit any mood or theme.
