Just a few weeks after NGHTMRE and A$AP Ferg released their outstanding collaboration “REDLIGHT”, the ace of bass himself has just released a special VIP remix of the track that was well worth the wait. With the addition of mechanical, grinding basslines and gunfire-reminiscent sound effects, NGHTMRE amps up the already-heavy single for those peak late-night hours when you need a little something extra. The signature VIP remix follows the original “REDLIGHT,” as well as “BANG” with Shaquille O’Neal and Lil Jon. NGHTMRE started off 2019’s festival season on his A-game with a Gud Vibrations headline performance with SLANDER at Ultra Music Festival’s Main Stage as well as a b2b with Big Gigantic as Gigantic NGHTMRE, the first of what will surely be many notable shows this summer. Stay tuned for more new music coming soon!
NGHTMRE has evolved into a real force of nature over the last several years – between hit collaborations, originals and the launch of his own label, the LA-based artist has earned his position as one of bass music’s leading faces. He recently collaborated with Wiz Khalifa and PnB Rock on “TTM” and has teamed up with heavyweights like Zeds Dead, Dillon Francis, Big Gigantic and The Chainsmokers. NGHTMRE’s dynamic, always dancefloor-friendly sound and fast-paced, exhilarating live sets have earned him a loyal fanbase, resulting in a packed tour schedule that has included a Hakkasan Las Vegas residency, Lollapalooza (Chicago, Paris, Berlin, Brazil) EDC (Las Vegas, Orlando, Mexico, Tokyo), Electric Zoo, Mysteryland, Creamfields, Amnesia Ibiza, Shambhala, Middlelands, Coachella, Ultra Music Festival, Holy Ship!, and Tomorrowland, as well as his own Gud Vibrations multi-event series with SLANDER. Through collaborations like “REDLIGHT” and his own experimental style, NGHTMRE is forging the way for a new sound of music to take over the world.
Hailing from NYC’s Harlem neighborhood, rapper A$AP Ferg launched his debut album Trap Lord in 2013 and his follow up album Always Strive and Prosper in 2016, with both showcasing an artist unafraid to take his craft to thrilling new places. His latest project, 2017’s Still Striving mixtape, was no different: it’s simultaneously a reflection on Ferg’s artistic journey thus far and a project that has its finger on the future’s pulse. The mixtape featured his triple platinum single “Plain Jane” among other hits. In addition to his solo career, A$AP Ferg is part of the hip hop collective A$AP Mob. Although rapping one of his main passions, he is a successful business owner, entrepreneur and painter.

Worra, Blanke, TroyBoi, BIJOU, Dabow, and YehMe2. Each features a unique spin on the original, with the overall influences drawing from bass, tech house, g-house and more. With the release of ‘Layers’, Party Favor explored the many facets of himself as an artist, and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with next.
“Before I finished the ‘Layers’ album, I knew that I wanted to put together a remix pack for it. I’m so happy how they all turned out. So many talented people got to be a part of this, and I’m very grateful. All genres, all vibes and everything in between. Everyone did their thing. Smashes all around.” – Party Favor
With one of the most diverse and accomplished resumes in the industry as a DJ, producer, and boundary-pushing artist, Party Favor is a real force of nature. His music has helped the festival trap, and twerk scenes rise to sudden popularity in dance music, frequently blurring the boundaries between electronic, rap, reggae, and many other genres. In addition to multiple hit singles and a debut EP (feat. Gucci Mane, Rich the Kid, Dillon Francis) that reached #2 on iTunes Dance, #1 on US Dance Radio and #7 on Billboard’s Dance radio charts, the LA-based artist has worked as a producer for some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Lil Jon, 2 Chainz, Migos and A$AP Ferg. In case you can’t make one of his album tour dates, catch Party Favor at his residencies at Hakkasan Group (Hakkasan, Omnia, Wet Republic) in Vegas, E11even in Miami and Premier Nightclub in Atlantic City this year. 2019 thus far has been a massive transformation for Party Favor, and shedding all of these ‘Layers’ was just the beginning.

TroyBoi Releases Remix Of Party Favor’s “Wait A Minute” Ft. A$AP Ferg & Juicy J
London-born artist TroyBoi just dropped a remix of Party Favor‘s “Wait A Minute” featuring A$AP Ferg & Juicy J, as a part of Party Favor’s forthcoming remix version of ‘Layers’ album, scheduled for a release on August 15. TroyBoi, who recently collaborated with Skrillex on “WARLORDZ” and released his “V!BEZ, Vol. 3” EP on OWSLA, gives the hip-hop/electronic crossover track a trap makeover, incorporating mechanical synths and slow-mo basslines to serve as a backdrop for the original rap verses. No matter if you’re out for the night or simply jamming in your bedroom, this remix is sure to be a crowd favorite. The “Wait A Minute” remix follows Party Favor’s releases of an acoustic version of “Be OK” and remix version (remixes from BIJOU and Yehme2) of “Wave” featuring Lil Baby & Rich The Kid, serving as the teaser of the full “Layers” remix album coming later this month on Area 25. Party Favor released the original “Layers” debut album in April as his most personal and stylistically diverse piece yet. Keep an eye out for what’s next as Party Favor continues to build his empire!

BLVD. Self-Releases Hard-Hitting Second Track “Full Send”
The world was introduced to BLVD. with his debut single “Crowd Control” back in May, and now the safety-yellow clad artist is back with his follow up “Full Send”. Every bit as heavy and gritty as its predecessor, the new track delivers a hard-hitting dose of ominous basslines, jarringly mechanical synths and bone-shaking percussion. BLVD.’s unique approach to bass music centers on creating an atmosphere within every song, and in “Full Send” one can almost feel the concrete jungle locales where the artist takes his namesake from grittiness and grandiosity are the contrasting elements that BLVD. lives by. Take a listen to “Full Send” and join the BLVD. movement, one track at a time.
Boulevards are made of much more than stone, sand, gravel, and asphalt. At their essence, they are a culmination of a million journeys – so many individual steps, tires, waste, and grime – and yet they are enduring, through rain and snow and heat, and majestic in their ability to withstand all that humans and nature may throw at them. BLVD.’s music represents the beauty in grit through his heavy-hitting yet welcoming sound. Although not much is known about BLVD. to date, he’s already received support from influential artists such as Diplo & Friends, Alison Wonderland, RL Grime, 4B, Nitti Gritti, and Ekali. We can bet that “Crowd Control” and now “Full Send” are really only the beginning of something much bigger. Stay tuned for more music and news from BLVD. coming soon!

GRAVEDGR Teams Up With Lit Lords For Hard-Trap Inspired Track “RAWSIDE”
Notoriously mysterious producer GRAVEDGR is back on Carnage’s Heavyweight Records, this time teaming up with a duo with equally heavy taste in Bass music – Texan duo Lit Lords, who bring their hard-Trap sound to the new release “RAWSIDE”. True to its name, the track delivers a cacophonous, disharmonized mixture of ear-splitting, mind-bending effects, including stabbing and serrating synths, deep warbling basslines and its signature vocal hook “welcome to the RAWSIDE.” The new single is GRAVEDGR’s 6th release on Heavyweight, following his recent “KAMIKAZE” and its VIP version earlier this year. Lit Lords are known for their prior releases on Dim Mak, Harsh Records and Thrive Music. Let’s hope there are more collaborations to come from these forces of nature very soon!
Take one look at GRAVEDGR, and it’s easy to see where his name comes from – always donning black attire and his signature face mask, it’s no surprise that his day job is literally digging graves. All the time spent contemplating mortality must have inspired his musical sound, which can be summed up as simultaneously scary, melodic, and hard. Having made his debut performances during insane shows at EDC Las Vegas and LA’s El Rey Theatre last summer, this mysterious character also seems to have a knack for creating catchy music that always works the crowd into a frenzy. GRAVEDGR’s debut single “RAMPAGE,” released in 2018, has amassed over 9 million streams on Spotify alone and we look forward to see what he has up his sleeve next.

QUIX Unleashes Emotive Trap Tune “Guiding Light” Feat. Sanna Martinez
Showing off his versatile production style once again, New Zealand’s QUIX showcases Sanna Martinez‘s silky vocals on a tension building intro before unleashing a gargantuan multi-layered Trap drop on the Dim Mak single, “Guiding Light”. The single follows QUIX’s recent Dim Mak releases “Berserk,” “Stronger” and his breakthrough ‘Illusions’ EP. QUIX’s third single of the year arrives after non-stop touring since March. This year the Kiwi has headlined venues across North America and Australia, with no signs of slowing down.
Hailing all the way from New Zealand, QUIX initially traveled to North America in 2017 for 10 shows and finished up doing an astonishing 42. The eclectic six-track EP pushed the boundaries of electronic music, showcasing QUIX’s diverse range of skills and ingenuity. It has racked up millions of plays and creatively merged genres with powerful vocals while staying true to QUIX’s signature sound. He has also been honored by Spotify to feature on the cover of their two biggest international dance playlists, “Mint” and “Dance Rising.” QUIX has released on labels including Dim Mak, OWSLA and Mad Decent. With more collaborations on the way with The Chainsmokers, Alison Wonderland, Adventure Club and Baauer, definitely keep an eye out for this Kiwi producer as he continues to tear up the electronic music scene.
