If you’re feeling like you need to add some spice to your daily routine, look no farther than Party Favor‘s new music video for his single “Wasabi” ft. Salvatore Ganacci. Originally featured on this year’s highly anticipated “Layers” album, “Wasabi” is a bass-driven, booty-shaking dance floor killer. The music video elevates the track to a completely different plane of unhinged strangeness, and hilarity ensues. Watch as three very different people go about their unconventional daily exercise routine, completely convinced of the benefits of the increasingly sexual, Jane Fonda-esque dance moves. The video for “Wasabi” calls upon the iconic ’80s workout routine as its theme, channeling the dance classic “Call on Me” by Eric Prydz, only this time the focus is on the average person. Pay close attention for a cameo from Party Favor himself – even challenge yourself to dance along if you’re feeling extra frisky. Press play on “Wasabi” and brace yourself for the heat!
With one of the most diverse and accomplished resumes in the industry as a DJ, producer, and boundary-pushing artist, Party Favor is a real force of nature. His music has helped the festival trap, and twerk scenes rise to sudden popularity in dance music, frequently blurring the boundaries between electronic, rap, reggae, and many other genres. In addition to multiple hit singles and a debut EP (feat. Gucci Mane, Rich the Kid, Dillon Francis) that reached #2 on iTunes Dance, #1 on US Dance Radio and #7 on Billboard’s Dance radio charts, the LA-based artist has worked as a producer for some of the biggest names in the industry, such as Lil Jon, 2 Chainz, Migos and A$AP Ferg. In case you can’t make one of his album tour dates, catch Party Favor at his residencies at Hakkasan Group (Hakkasan, Omnia, Wet Republic) in Vegas, E11even in Miami and Premier Nightclub in Atlantic City this year. 2019 thus far has been a massive transformation for Party Favor, and shedding all of these “Layers” was just the beginning. Stay tuned as he begins to take on his next major project, featuring new music and exciting developments coming soon!

The Brig Remixes Agent Green’s “Sixteen” And It Sounds Like A Wild West In Space
Just a few days ago, Russian music producer The Brig polished a gem of Hip-Hop called “Sixteen”, this single is taken from Agent Green’s latest album, ‘Colossal’. Both the original and the remix stand out for its Wild West-themed sound. Nevertheless, the new version adds a dancey flavor, plus a futuristic feel to it. The Brig is probably known because of his collaborations with the likes of Chime, Michael White, Trinergy, & more. Certainly, one of his most successful works to date is “Take A Fall” with Rob Gasser & Ashley Apollodor.
Showcasing his vibrant signature style, The Brig wisely preserves the speedy rap flow on “Sixteen”. On a side note, this track is actually inspired in Red Dead Redemption, a Western, action-adventure video game you’ve probably heard before. Jack Trades & Kayrae Express The Struggles Of A Bad Relationship With New Track “Sideways”
Canadian producer Jack Trades teams up with singer/songwriter Kayrae for their new single “Sideways”, an emotionally driven dance-pop crossover track that will be your “getting over it” anthem. The single infuses organic, breezy house melodies with chilling vocals, melding into a gently undulating bassline that feels both uplifting and melancholy at once. “Sideways” will resonate with listeners of both electronic and pop music who have ever had a hard time getting over someone. The track was inspired by both Jack and Kayrae’s experiences in past relationships, and the realization that sometimes the most powerful move is to truly let go. The two artists explain more about the meaning behind the new single below:
“Sideways to me is a very special song because Kayrae and I wanted to write something real and relatable in relationships. We all deserve to be happy, and it is important to recognize that and how we should truly learn to let go, if required. The lyrics of the song truly touches on what one is really going through inside but having a hard time expressing it.” – Jack Trades
“This song comes to me from personal experience where I have been in a bad relationship, stuck, not knowing where to go and hoping that one day it will all work out. It was easy during the writing process because everything just flowed and came very naturally.” – KayraeSTREAM/DOWNLOAD
Jack Trades made his debut on the scene in 2017 and has since made a name for himself with his brand of easy-listening, melodic dance-pop crossovers. With singles on Thrive, Armada, and official remixes for Adam K & Soha, Dropgun, and Late Night Alumni, Jack has a strong start to what promises to be a very long career. BONNIE x CLYDE Drop Urban Vocal Bass Tune “Curse” In The Midst Of Their “Bad Behavior” 2019 Tour
BONNIE X CLYDE return with their newest single “Curse”, a dark and sultry vocal bass track that draws inspiration from the duo’s hip hop rock music background. With its riveting guitar riffs, moody basslines, and BONNIE’s emotive vocals, “Curse” weaves a compelling tale all the while providing plenty of energy for the dance floor. This single follows BXC’s September release “Bad Behavior.” Check out what BONNIE X CLYDE have to say about their inspiration for “Curse” below:
“Inspiration for this song sonically came from our background of loving hip hop, rock, and electronic music. Heavy guitar riffs, lots of bass, lots of vocal chops/vocal manipulation. It was also inspired by the thriller movies we love to watch. We envisioned a girl in the backseat of a car while a man drives up to the top of a lookout point with the moon bright over a 50s style car but things go wrong when the man turns evil and the girl falls victim. She’s looking through the rearview mirror, back at herself wondering if being in this position is worth all of the emotions she is going through. The song is a journey of becoming aware of the energy you want to have around you. It’s dark but uplifting, and intense but sultry.” – BONNIE X CLYDE
Dynamic producing and vocalist duo BONNIE X CLYDE have mastered the golden formula of creating music that is both emotionally riveting and dancefloor friendly. Their signature “vocal bass” combines BONNIE’s gorgeous voice with their melodic basslines and forward-thinking production. With new music and their “Bad Behavior” 2019 Tour underway, BXC have an exciting future ahead of them. Stay tuned to see what is next for this unstoppable duo.
