almost monday Recruits Sofi Tukker For “broken people” Remix

almost monday
Hailing from San Diego, California, almost monday release a two-track EP for their new track “broken people”. Best of all, it includes a tasty remix from the one and only Sofi Tukker. As a result, you have yourself quite a club banger filled with sexy female vocals, electro-synth work, and techy beats. Obviously, it was designed for that extra dose of non-stop party fun.

On the other hand, the original has a poppy disco flavor impossible to resist hearing it on loop. The band describes it as a sing-along-ready anthem, and I couldn’t agree more with them. Make sure to check out both versions and pick your favorite one below.

almost monday took their first steps in the music industry by playing self-booked shows in their hometown. Actually, they’re bandmates who are also best friends. In 2015, Cole Clisby (guitar), Dawson Daugherty (vocals), and Luke Fabry (bass) joined forces to create brilliant songs. Learning from the experience of producer Mark Needham (The Killers and Imagine Dragons) and influenced by Coldplay, Oasis, The 1975 and Frank Ocean, they invite listeners into a world of feel-good vibes. Don’t feel embarrassed if you start dancing alone in your room, that’s exactly the magical effects of almost monday’s compositions. Sooner or later, I believe they’ll go viral on a global scale.
