Ben Trexel and Autumn Yatabe are the masterminds behind Space of a Day. Their new Alt-Rock single, “The World Is Watching” comes with a bold music video that you don’t want to miss. Hailing from Alabama, the band is at the forefront of the genre by embracing a forward-thinking production.
I’m loving the clip’s futuristic concept and visual effects that spark viewers’ imagination. Definitely, it does justice to their experimental approach, plus, it also conveys the feelings found present in the lyrics. Best of all, the powerful vocals bless our ears, while the splendid guitar work truly sets this track apart from its predecessors.
Speaking about the lyrics it tells the story of being obsessed with images of people in developing nations. My favorite line, ‘I can be human again’, makes you realize “The World Is Watching” also serves as a basic call to consciousness. Enjoy.
