Momento is a fresh new duo formed by two up & coming Australian producers. Formed over a few late nights and early mornings in Ibiza, they bring outstanding productions inspired by the sights and sounds of the paradisiacal destination.
Momento brings this sound and showcases some of the world’s most scenic locations with a series of live sets featuring all their own original productions and amazing locations.
Their aptly named debut EP ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ encapsulates that sound and feel that makes The White Island such a special place. The first track of the EP is called “Dusk Till Dawn” and captures the sound of the sunset slowly fading into the sky. “The Light” is the next one that harnesses a more club-ready vibe you would experience when the sun sets and dawn approaches.
Some of the biggest international names in the House/Techno scene are already supporting this EP and it won’t be long before you hear more from the duo. ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ was released on 43 Degrees Records on April 28th and is available on Beatport, Traxsource & Spotify.

Chris Padin is responsible for an ear-catching production thanks to his collaboration with Georgia Rose. Check out “Losing My Mind,” the Deep House rhythm and beat all work in tandem to get you through a bad day.
Certainly, dance music is a powerful remedy for a better life. It continues to invigorate souls dealing with stress.
As proof, “Losing My Mind” is a perfect track you won’t want to miss due to the powerful, diva-esque vocals and its great groove that recalls classic hits. In fact, the New York-based DJ/producer is accustomed to creating dancefloor killers.
Almost every masterpiece under his command finds its way into breaking records. Previous singles like “Hold Me Closer” and “Alpha” have amassed half a million streams in a short period of time.
On the other hand, coincidence or not, the lyrics enter in tune with Valentine’s Day in a passionate form. Clearly, “Losing My Mind” talks about those feelings when you’re magnetically attracted to someone.
Be ready to be musically possessed when the hard-hitting four-on-the-floor formula drops in the club. Harmonies and basslines are very pleasing to the more mature and refined house ear as well.

Next up on the Tulsa-based label Stereowave Records is an insanely Deep cut from CLOSE QUARTERS INFILTRATE. You can download the track directly via SoundCloud for free and remix it legally without fear of consequence.
The first tier of his involvement in the House scene displays a short cyclical rhythm inspired by Hardcore Punk. “I AM CQI” is an essential cut for the out-there Electronica heads who are willing to let their imagination run wild and tweak it all.
Moreover, a combo of female vocal samples which sound like Paris Hilton plus aggressive beats makes it stand out. Likewise, the experimental nature of the whole tune seems to work ideally for any remix. Perhaps, dark textures may see the light with more upbeat tones.
For instance, CQI’s previous release, “OPERATION SMOKESCREEN” got a similar kind of energy, and it’s also available for free download. Whatever comes to mind, you can legally remix the techy bassline and drums into something brand new.
Indeed, CLOSE QUARTERS INFILTRATE puts at your disposal a great option to practice your production skills.
Above all, this type of initiative has been worth the wait, especially in underground circles.
There is a real sense that anything can and will happen once you lend your own signature style to the original mix.
