Bellakath’s Rise To Viral Fame With “Reggaeton Champagne”

Published

on

In the blink of an eye, Bellakath went viral on TikTok with her catchiest song to date, “Reggaeton Champagne. While she aimed to get her fans grooving to the uptempo beat, the lyrical content has sparked a wave of mixed reactions.

There’s no question that “Reggaeton Champagne” has everyone moving to its irresistible rhythm, but it was more than just the music that made headlines. In my opinion, her sexy and carefree style matches the essence of this urban genre, where getting a little “freaky” on the dance floor is the norm.

While Bellakath might have brushed off the initial eyebrow raises, some Conservative people were taken aback by her provocative and explicit lyrics. Sincerely, I can’t believe they’re making a nonsense scandal just because she’s exploring themes of sensuality, which naturally reflects the audacious side of Reggaeton.

Above all, the trendy track has won over college students who’ve embraced it on TikTok, reciting the more daring lines and generating viral content. Of course, “Reggaeton Champagne” wouldn’t be the same without the splendid collaboration of 20-year-old rapper Dani Flow who is part of the intro.

At the end of the day, instead of harsh judgment, a spirit of open-mindedness and seeking to comprehend different perspectives could lead to greater empathy in this crazy world.

Bad Gyal Lights Up Lima With Unforgettable Concert Experience

Published

Bad Gyal concert
Believe it or not, seeing Spanish Reggaeton star Bad Gyal live was my first concert after a lengthy five-year hiatus, and my dancing feet were more than ready for it. On December 2nd, Bad Gyal brought her infectious energy to Lima, Peru as part of the “Road To Primavera” concert series traveling across South America.

In the Heart of Lima: Centro de Convenciones Leguía

The concert was held at Centro de Convenciones Leguía, a spacious theater-style venue perfectly sized for the eager crowd. From the moment I walked through the doors, the warm and festive atmosphere among fans was palpable, we were all united in our excitement to experience Bad Gyal’s show.

Moreover, it didn’t take long for the venue temperature to rise once Bad Gyal and her dancers took the stage. Her confident personality, coupled with dazzling laser lighting and sexy choreography, had the entire audience dancing and singing along non-stop.

Generations United in Rhythm

Bad Gyal has rightfully earned her status as one of the biggest names in Reggaeton today. Fans of all ages – from Gen Z’ers to older Millennials like myself who have followed her career from the beginning, collectively lost ourselves in the energy and euphoria of the night.

Of course, the shared love for her Latin music transcended generational boundaries, uniting fans in a rhythmic celebration.

A Night to Remember: Sweating, Singing, and Smiling

Over nearly 90 minutes, Bad Gyal thrilled the loyal Lima crowd with performances of her biggest jams like “Fiebre,” “Flow 2000,” and recent chart-topper “Chulo.” But surprisingly, “Mercadona,” her bilingual track, was left out of the setlist.

Additionally, I was left with the doubt if she teased any snippets from her upcoming album, ‘La Joia’ slated for release in January 2024. All in all, she created an atmosphere of ecstasy that is simply indescribable.

If you get the chance to attend a Bad Gyal concert during her 2024 international tour, don’t hesitate, she’s a must-see performer who will have you grinning, sweating, and dancing non-stop from start to finish.

This Reggaeton queen knows how to put on an unforgettable show, and she left all of us in Lima wanting more…

Relationship Drama? Listen To SOULFIA & Kidd Voodoo’s “bye bye”

SOULFIA

Hey everyone, check out this new jam from Chilean artist SOULFIA featuring Kidd Voodoo. It’s called “bye bye” and the dope Reggaeton beat will get you movin’.

The song tells a story about a relationship that started off hot and heavy but ended up crashing and burning. Similarly, when two people get together real quick and intense, but then all sorts of drama comes between them.

Definitely, this romantic Reggaeton track reminds you to appreciate the good times, learn from the bad, and wish each other the best moving forward.

SOULFIA
As a matter of fact, this ain’t SOULFIA and Kidd Voodoo’s first collab. Last year, they teamed up on a track called “Bellakera” which was a banger.

Not surprisingly, SOULFIA has been killing it lately. Early this year she won Best Urban Artist at the Pulsar Awards in Chile. She even went to Spain for the first time recently to represent her country internationally.

Currently, she continues to explore different sounds and styles while collaborating with the hottest Latin American rappers out there.

Without further ado, go and listen to “bye bye” and more amazing hits in this Reggaeton playlist curated by Electro Wow.

La Cruz Defies Hetero-Norms Of Reggaeton With New Gay Anthem

Published

la cruz gay anthem easy boy

La Cruz is really turning his dreams into reality as a rising gay Reggaeton star. The dude just dropped his second single, “Easy Boy, and he’s already taken over the Internet, racking up thousands of streams.

If you’re a big fan of his first international hit, “Te Conoci Bailando, I can guarantee this new banger also deserves all the praise. Between the steamy Spanish rhymes and the infectious beats, this song is an instant addition to my Spotify Reggaeton playlist.

Moreover, it’s no surprise to see La Cruz achieve major success so quickly. Ever since arriving on the scene, he’s been on a mission to change the game and make urban music more inclusive.

Seeing such an unapologetically gay artist like him top the charts gives me so much hope. Certainly, the next step is a new album inspired by all the relatable stories he raps about.

By all means, he is at the forefront of Reggaeton’s evolution, boldly defying the hetero-norms that have traditionally characterized the genre. In particular, this shift is undoubtedly considered positive, as it not only breaks barriers but also opens up new avenues for diversity within the music industry.
