#1 Billboard dance artist Kendra Erika and Grammy Award-winning producer Damon Sharpe unite for a fifth time on “A Deeper Love”, their powerful new song that urges listeners to dig deeper into matters of the heart. “We millennials have spread ourselves too thin by searching for approval and validation on social media from people we don’t even know,” Kendra explains. She believes millennials need to concentrate on the important people in their lives and find ways to express their love more tangibly and substantially so that the person on the receiving end really feels it. “That may mean exposing our vulnerability and even risking rejection,” she warns. “A Deeper Love” is being released globally and is available for purchase on iTunes, Amazon, and all other major retailers as well as for streaming through Pandora and Spotify. Its music video is on Youtube.
“I believe the word ‘love’ has many layers,” Kendra reflects from her South Florida home. “The deepest layer of love can only be attained when we start seeing the good and potential in everyone.”
This applies to today’s gender equality movement. “#MeToo has made a lot of progressive moves for women,” Kendra continues. “But I can’t help but feel that a movement that initially was meant to even the playing field has fragmented the dynamic between sexes where the man’s perspective has been dimmed, over-shadowed by the woman’s word or perspective.”
“At the end of the day, we are all human and in order to achieve “A Deeper Love”, we must love and respect one other equally,” she says.
Kendra Erika is a singer/songwriter based in South Florida. She was trained in classical and jazz music but draws inspiration from artists like Lana Del Rey, Solange, Ellie Goulding, and London Grammar who make sentimental music that is felt in the bones. She successfully employs bold and often poetic messages to her club beats.
Her first single, “Oasis,” climbed to #9 on the Billboard Dance Chart in 2016. “Under My Skin” reached #6 in the summer of 2017 and “Self Control,” released in celebration of the twenty-fifth anniversary of Laura Branigan’s classic song, hit the #1 spot in January 2019.
All were produced by Damon Sharpe, a producer who has worked with a wide array of pop artists including Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Kylie Minogue, Kelly Rowland, Monica, 98 Degrees, Anastacia, and Natalie Cole.
“The success of Self Control taught me to trust my instinct,” Kendra Erika reveals today. “I knew if I tweaked its message just a bit, it would speak to today’s listeners.”
She aims to do the same with “A Deeper Love”, a track she fell in love with the moment she first heard its mesmerizing beat. “I was on the stair master at the gym and the minute that beat dropped, I almost fell off the machine with it, it was so good!”
She says she related to the song’s understated strength. “As I’ve grown as an artist, I’ve really come to embrace my individuality. Where I used to try to hide my individuality by blending in with the crowd, I’m now grateful to be different. I appreciate myself more than ever before and that’s what I hope my music inspires in others: acceptance and love of self.”

R3HAB serves up a dose of post-holiday cheer with his new release “Candyman,” an upbeat dance anthem that sets the tone for a new year. The single delivers bouncy basslines and energetic melodies over ethereal, singsong vocals with lyrics that will take you away from the less-than-ideal reality of 2020 and into a fantasy land of vanilla skies. R3HAB has continued to release fresh music even in the face of a challenging global landscape, and “Candyman” proves that he has every intention of heading into 2021 with a positive outlook and even better vibes. Another announcement from the R3HAB camp is the rebranding of his radio show as “CYB3RPVNK Radio”, formerly known as “I Need R3HAB”, which debuted this month and will feature a roster of high profile takeovers and guest mixes by other widely-known artists. “I’m happy to release ‘Candyman’ with Marnik as my first single of 2021. I’ve been looking forward to collaborating with Marnik since they remixed “All Around The World”, and I love what we’ve made here. ‘Candyman’ is a fun and lighthearted record that we hope will set the right tone for 2021″ – R3HAB
“‘Candyman’ is a special song for us because it’s directly connected to our purest emotions and dreams, where everything looks innocent and magical. It wants to take you higher, right to the fairyland full of candies and colors, where everything blossoms through sweetness and delight.” – Marnik
Dutch/Moroccan DJ and producer Fadil El Ghoul, better known as R3HAB, has been trailblazing his way through dance music for the better part of the last decade. From his breakthrough hit remix of Afrojack, Pitbull and Ne-Yo’s “Give Me Everything” to his dance anthems, such as “All Around The World (La La La)” and “Lullaby,” which have collectively amassed over 600M streams, to his collaborations with the likes of ZAYN, Andy Grammer, Sofia Carson, Timmy Trumpet and more, R3HAB has proven to be one of the most talented and forward-thinking artists in the game. He partnered with Spotify and GATTÜSO to create the first-ever official “mint” single release. Spice Girl Melanie C Impresses With Feminist Dance Anthem “Into You”
Spice Girls marked an entire generation with their Pop music in the 90s. Today Melanie C, one of the five members of the group is back with a feminist dance anthem called “Into You.“ No doubt, this feels like an empowerment song that invites you to shake the booty and hips. Most importantly, lyrics tell us about a free soul willing to fall in love again, nevertheless, the singer prioritizes her self-love before anything else. Moreover, I think everyone will enjoy this massive hit no matter their gender. As a matter of fact, it has amassed on YouTube more than 400K views since its premiere. Obviously, I’m talking about her amazing visuals, watch it here, and expect more from Melanie C for the entire year.
