Not sure if you’re with me, but I’m loving Calvin Harris’ new music direction ever since he tried out Trance with Ellie Goulding on “Miracle” a few months ago. Well, he’s back at it, this time teaming up with the amazing Sam Smith.
Sincerely, there’s nothing better for your ears than listening to Sam’s passionate singing voice and Calvin’s production skills on this Vocal Trance anthem called “Desire.” Add to this, pounding beats with a chorus that is pure gold.
To add more awesomeness, the music video takes you on a wild car racing journey, turning the whole thing into a mini-action movie you’d totally want to jump into.
Whether you can believe it or not, “Desire” is actually the third time Sam and Calvin have collaborated. They previously joined forces for “Promises” and the Disco banger “I’m Not Here To Make Friends,” both tracks featured on the album ‘Gloria.’
Without a doubt, over time, these great artists have proven to be the perfect duo for creating memorable melodies. Besides that, no matter the type of genre they explore, I’m convinced that their creative endeavors will have you both singing and dancing simultaneously.
