TP85 (Paolo Lamazza) is an incredibly talented German artist who is absolutely passionate about synthesizers. His latest release, “BEPPO,” is pure Synthwave magic that creates a dream-like atmosphere with extraordinary precision and detail.
In his studio, this independent musician uses several electronic instruments, including the D-50, TR505, and DX7, and Logic as his preferred DAW. Although his signature style is instrumental, he draws inspiration from Electric Youth and College.
Likewise, there’s something fresh, retro, and chill when experiencing “BEPPO” that does not go unnoticed. Indeed, the main relaxing tones bring a plethora of benefits to listeners.
One of which is its ability to promote calmness of the mind, effectively reducing stress and anxiety. Additionally, I truly believe this type of composition helps to improve concentration, making it the perfect background music for studying or work.
By the way, TP85’s highly anticipated debut album, “Puppies,” will be released on May 1st, 2023, in digital and physical tape formats. And it’s safe to assume that this material will feature a diverse range of instrumental tracks based on nostalgic old-school textures.
Overall, “BEPPO,” is an exceptional representation of his craft. The right sequencers, drum machines, and analog gear combined through his creativity and passion gave satisfactory results.
