There’s a reason certain relationships are called “toxic”: they bring you down, leave you reeling, and yet they’re so addicting that you can’t quite walk away. Well, DNMO has had enough; the 17-year-old UK artist takes a stand against a toxic relationship in his distorted teenage love song, “Sick Of You”. The track exemplifies DNMO’s complex sound through its multi-layered approach, delivering soulful melodies entwined with organic instrumentals and a tinge of darkness throughout. DNMO teamed up with Sub Urban for the release, which is out via Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats label and is the premiere track from his upcoming EP. Stay tuned for more new music from the EP dropping soon, and check out what DNMO and Sub Urban had to say about “Sick Of You”:
“Sick Of You” was written about a girl in your life that you cherish more than anyone else. It’s about old habits, ritual attraction and at times, pity, obscured the fact that this girl was a toxic ailment towards everyday life. For this track, Sub Urban and I spent a week writing music in the studio together, which really helped us reach a whole new level of songwriting. Through that experience we were able to capture the high energy vibe we were feeling at the time”. – DNMO & Sub UrbanSTREAM/DOWNLOAD
At just 17 years old, DNMO is already making serious waves in the discerning dance music community. He found a home at Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats label, where he has released several tracks. DNMO’s sophisticated sound holds its foundation in soulful melodies with electronic vibes, while still keeping an organic touch through the use of live instruments. In 2018, he made his U.S. debut at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, making him the youngest electronic artist to ever play at the iconic venue, which he quickly followed up with festival debuts at Electric Zoo and HARD Day of The Dead. In his first few months of touring, he performed at venues such as Ministry of Sound, Aragon Ballroom, and Exchange. He wrapped up 2018 by touring with Ghastly and Ookay throughout the United States. DNMO has set incredibly high stakes at an early place in his career, but he’s not going anywhere but up!

BEAUZ Create Dance-Pop Version Of Mike Posner’s “Please Don’t Go”
Mike Posner’s “Please Don’t Go” gets a remake by the American production duo BEAUZ. Sometimes, artists are afraid to give new life to classics, but in this case, the outcome is quite favorable. Perhaps, you may wonder what’s so original on this cover. Well, I would praise the new female vocals from Cappa and its poppy flair to it. Add to this, their signature oriental-esque sounds, plus, taking the original into a Brazilian bass house zone. Therefore, they’re injecting a different kind of energy, which emerges as something innovative in a positive way. Give it a try below.
From the very start of their artistic careers, BEAUZ took Avicii’s work not only as their source of inspiration but also as a reference for their upcoming dancey gems. On a side note, the brothers gained popularity via YouTube by sharing tutorials and authentic productions with millions of viewers from all over the world. Nowadays, they never tire of performing their live DJ sets at large festivals and will surely continue redefining the future of EDM on the go!

You Need To Hear Jupiter Jayne’s Catchy Songs Before Anyone Else
Los Angeles-based Bernard Gunter aka Jupiter Jayne knows first-hand creativity is all about experimenting. For this reason, when he first discovered the Magix Music Maker software, he never thought of the incredibly catchy songs he was able to compose. In fact, at the age of 17, he dropped his debut track entitled “Perfume”. Drawing on influences from Prince, Queen, and Lady Gaga. Jupiter Jayne wants to become a referent in today’s Dance-Pop realm. Above all, he embraces a multifaceted vision not only as a singer but also as a songwriter and producer.
Growing up in South Africa, he gained a lot of valuable experience from an early age, especially, as a piano player. I have no doubt he is still the soul of celebrations at family events. Surprisingly, one of his latest tracks, “Hello Adele” is starting to get attention locally and abroad via Spotify. Despite its simplicity, it feels very radio-friendly to me. You’ll get engaged quickly with its upbeat melody and vocals. Be ready to sing along and add it to your favorite playlist immediately!

Nicky Romero And Timmy Trumpet Join Forces For Club Track “Falling”
After releasing his dance-pop crossover earlier this month, Nicky Romero returns to heavier beats on his new single “Falling”. Romero teamed up with fellow dance music veteran Timmy Trumpet for the track, which delivers all the elements of a tried and tested club anthem. Opening with enthusiastic melodies and soaring vocals, “Falling” kicks into high gear at a heart-pounding 138 beats per minute during its crescendo. Romero and Trumpet have already tested it out in their live sets, including during their b2b during ADE 2019 and at Echostage in Washington, DC, to rave reactions. This is a track for fans craving a classic party starter as well as new listeners waiting for an introduction to real club life. Let’s hope this isn’t the only collaboration we get from these two talented artists this year.
After taking the world by storm with early hits such as “Legacy” (with Krewella) and #1 single “I Could Be The One” (with Avicii), Nicky Romero quickly proved that his talent is ever-evolving and here to stay. After launching his Protocol Recordings imprint in 2012, the renowned performer, producer, and label head continued his personal successes with a string of high-profile releases, ranging from collabs with Mike Williams & Amba Shepherd, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, DallasK & XYLØ and Steve Aoki & Kiiara to remixes for the likes of Kygo, Rita Ora, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Jess Glynne and more. All the while showcasing his label’s roster via his weekly Protocol Radio show, Nicky Romero continues to touch down across the globe for his incredible live performances, including residencies at Las Vegas’ Hakkasan and Omnia and his annual performance at Ultra Music Festival in Miami. Timmy Trumpet is a multi-platinum artist who most recently showcased his “World At Our Feet” world tour with over 60 dates and hosted stages at Tomorrowland and Creamfields. He will also be a special guest on Steve Aoki’s upcoming “Neon Future IV” tour across North America. With exciting collaborations like “Falling” now under their belt, rest assured that this is bound to be a huge year for both Nicky Romero and Timmy Trumpet.

Yellow Claw’s “Supernoize”, 1st Single From Forthcoming ‘Hard In Bangkok’ Album
Barong Family’s driving force Yellow Claw just dropped “Supernoize” with Juyen Sebulba, featuring RayRay – the premier single from the label’s upcoming ‘Hard In Bangkok’ album, scheduled for a release in late March. The Dutch duo holds nothing back in this hard-hitting bomb of a track, which delivers a relentless bassline and assaulting synths from start to finish. “Supernoize” is primed for the club and festival circuit; you can almost imagine the Barong crew heading out into the balmy Bangkok lights for a night of hedonism. The forthcoming LP was made during Barong Family’s five-day studio camp in Thailand’s capital city, where fourteen international artists came together to create an inspiring creative space, make great music together, and document everything in the form of photos and videos. ‘Hard In Bangkok’, as a result of the artists’ gathering, will feature 20 new tracks from such artists as Rawtek, Nonsens, Stoltenhoff, Lil Texas, LNY TNZ, and more, as well as fresh sounds from Yellow Claw themselves, including the brand new “Supernoize”.
Jim Taihuttu and Nils Rondhuis are the talented duo behind Yellow Claw, the electronic music artist project that has been changing the game in bass music since 2013. Their heavy, hip-hop-influenced, and club-ready sound began on their early tracks like “DJ Turn It Up” and “In My Room” ft. Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga – which collectively are about to surpass 300M streams on Spotify alone. Yellow Claw’s 2015’s debut album “Blood For Mercy” hit #1 on Billboard’s Heat Seekers Chart, Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart, and scored an Edison Award – the Dutch equivalent of GRAMMY. They haven’t slowed down since, with a packed tour calendar that included last year’s epic takeover of the LA’s iconic Shrine Auditorium to a crowd of 7K people, and their work with Barong Family label. Juyen Sebulba is one of the artists who found a home on Barong after working alongside Yellow Claw, Laidback Luke, and Good Times Ahead as well as producing official remixes for DJ Snake, Boys Noize and Major Lazer, and releasing on Diplo’s Mad Decent and Mixmash. Taiwanese RayRay’s reputation for injecting a savage signature sound into her music floated past the ears of Yellow Claw, who signed RayRay to Barong Family in 2018. She performed at such major events as ADE, SXSW, Glastonbury, Sonar Music Festival, and released on Tiësto’s Musical Freedom, Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak, and Spinnin’ Records. Stay tuned for more tracks from ‘Hard In Bangkok’ coming soon to see what’s next from the Barong Family’s crew.
