Florian Picasso, the great grandson of the world famous artist Pablo Picasso, enabled listeners to relive such magical experiences on “Final Call”, his third single released on house mega-label Protocol Recordingson May the 13th. Featuring emotive lyrics over a lively melody, “Final Call” came to its pinnacle with an electro-influenced drop that elevates it from sing-a-long status to club-friendly tune, just in time for the height of festival season. Following up the success of the audio release, we are stoked to present you a video for “Final Call“. The animated masterpiece has been produced by Fauns / Clubbing Vision crew that has Festival de Cannes nominations under their belt and have also worked on projects for Mad Max – the movie. They’ve also produced a lot of content for Canal+ (one of the world’s leading TV networks). Chanh, the main character, worked in the Vietnam countryside, specifically in the minefields. Unfortunately, this is where he saw his grandma’s passing due to a mine explosion. After that accident, he left everything behind and moved to Hanoi. Now he works at a factory, but his daily routine still remains the same: wake up and go to work. Then one day, everything changes. You must check out the story behind Chanh.

Here Is Nicky Romero’s 1st Single Of 2021, “Into The Light” — LISTEN
Nicky Romero is kicking off 2021 on a positive note with the release of his new single “Into The Light,“ a true Progressive House jewel for which he teamed up with Protocol talent Timmo Hendriks and Arizona-based singer/songwriter David Shane. Opening with upbeat piano melodies layered over a steadily building bassline, “Into The Light” reaches its crescendo with a goosebump-inducing drop. Shane’s soulful vocals serve at the emotive cherry-on-top for a track that sees Nicky returning to his signature sound after 2020’s pop-oriented Universal Music debut “Nights With You.” On the other hand, “Into The Light” follows Timmo Hendriks’s single “Memories,” featuring Jordan Grace.
After taking the world by storm with early hits such as ‘Legacy’ (with Krewella) and #1 single ‘I Could Be The One’ (with Avicii), Nicky Romero quickly proved that his talent is ever-evolving and here to stay. After launching his Protocol Recordings imprint in 2012, the renowned performer, producer, and label head continued his personal successes with a string of high-profile releases, ranging from collaborations with Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Mike Williams & Amba Shepherd, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, DallasK & XYLØ, Timmy Trumpet and Steve Aoki & Kiiara to remixes for the likes of Robin Schulz, Kygo, Rita Ora, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Jess Glynne and more. While showcasing his label’s roster via his weekly Protocol Radio show, Nicky Romero continues to innovate and evolve during these unprecedented times in the music industry. He debuted his ultra-modern “Another World” live stream concept last summer and launched the Monocule alter-ego. If quarantine has proved anything, it’s that the Protocol crew is never one to slack on new music.
Now celebrating over 2 years on the label, Dutch artist Timmo Hendriks first made his debut on the label with 2018’s “In My Head,” with Lennart Schroot, followed by “Thinking About You” as part of Protocol’s “Miami 2019” EP, which has currently garnered over 3M streams on Spotify. His next releases, such as “Magical” with Lindequist, “By Your Side” with Jordan Grace, or “Be Alright” with Marc Benjamin, continued to show increased energy and a more mature production style. Hendriks’s other notable tracks on Nicky Romero’s label include “Keep Me Close” with Dash Berlin and “Deserve My Time” with Trilane. He is quickly becoming a household name and veteran of the Protocol team. Keep an eye out for what’s next!

Klipr Unveils 5-Track EP ‘Final Hour’ To Wrap Up 2020 — LISTEN
There’s no doubt about what a fantastic 2020 Klipr has had with music. His 6-track EP ‘Lockdown’ saw him head down a slightly heavier Tech-House route, and now he is back with a banger EP called ‘Final Hour’ released a week ago.
On this occasion, Klipr explores the sonic energy of Progressive House. The ‘Final Hour’ EP opens with the intro track “All Your Love” which exudes a very harmonic note and sets the tone for the next tunes that follow. Directly after is “Alone” featuring a vibe with airy synths and vocals, followed by “Be Together.” Coming up, “Touch My Body” is a track that brings a sensual atmosphere, especially with lyrics and the instrumentation used by Klipr.
The last track from the EP is “New Place,” with its positive and refreshing message, the artist brings a sense of newness which reminds us that we’re moving into a New Year and hopefully things get better than they currently are. As a whole, ‘Final Hour,’ from start to finish makes the listening experience different while keeping the energetic vibes and consistency.
Keshav Bhardwaj aka Klipr, Founder of Streamin’ Music Group says “I started 2020 with ‘Lockdown’ EP, so it felt fair to close the year with another. I’ve grown as an artist this year and ‘Final Hour’ shows the same. From start to finish, my vision was to create a cumulative vibe from all the music I’ve produced in 2020.”
