Recently touching down on Insomniac’s Lost In Dreams with “Not Letting Go,” the versatile Highlnd joins up with Future Bass tastemaker SABAI for their new soul-stirrer. “Dead In The Water” is making its spirited arrival with a riveting feature from Pop group Ni/Co.

Amidst resounding piano chords and finger snaps, Ni/Co weaves an all-too-relatable tale of trying to salvage a breaking connection. “Dead In The Water” readies its wings and takes flight with passionate drum work, elated synths, and cathartic breakdowns while tugging heartstrings with a pained vocal addition.

“This felt like such a special track from the moment we started and I can’t wait to share this story with the world. I hope listening to this track will give a similar cathartic experience that it has for me – or that people can just enjoy its energy live or on DSPs.” — Highlnd

“This is the first time that I wrote a song from scratch with a vocalist. The four of us hopped into the studio together and the ideas kept flowing. I’m so proud to have worked on Dead in the Water with Highlnd and Ni/Co!” — SABAI

“The energy in the room when we were all writing this one was electric. The music just flowed from everyone. We hope this track moves people all around the world!” — Ni/Co

Having accrued millions of streams across platforms for standout singles “Million Days” and “Scared,” SABAI and his melodic ballads recently toured stages across the country for Elephante’s 2022 Heavy Glow Tour. Meanwhile, Highlnd has landed at high-profile festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Beyond Wonderland, Nocturnal Wonderland, as well as various nightclubs. While both artists have an affinity for melodic and Future Bass, Highlnd and SABAI are steadily carving their own distinctive paths in the genre.
