It's Finally Time For KTRYN To Showcase Her Powerful EDM Style, Listen To "Be Aglow"
The rising female DJ/Producer KTRYN has just released her debut single “Be Aglow”. After dropping amazing mashups and mixtapes, she finally comes through with her first production of 2019. Beyond doubt, this heater is filled with a powerful EDM style. Additionally, the bass builds into a massive drop no one will ever forget. Therefore, I truly believe “Be Aglow” is a great starting point for KTRYN who knows how to captivate your senses either at clubs or festivals.

You might wonder who is KTRYN. Well, she has been active in the EDM scene since 2016. Born in Russia, the skillful artist moved to Germany in 1995. In 2005, she started to learn the art of DJing, opening hence the door for playing at small clubs and events. Some time later, she participated in festivals and on international events. So far, with the premiere of “Be Aglow”, I believe a Big Room sound is what will take her to the top in the coming years. Stay tuned for more!

Show Some Love by Showtek
Dutch duo Showtek brings a message of hope to the current tumultuous global landscape with their new track “Show Some Love” ft. sonofsteve, out now on their label Skink. Opening with a classic progressive buildup, Showtek quickly proves their ability to step outside of the genre by incorporating a deep, funky bassline and organic instrumental melodies to the track’s soulful vocals. With lyrics like “if there is just one word that will always win, no matter where you’re from, the color of your skin,” the duo uses their music to spread a message of inclusivity, positivity, and love that has always been at the heart of dance music culture – and the world needs it now more than ever. True to Showtek’s dynamic style, “Show Some Love” is an emotional vocal dance track that also resonates on the dance floor. Read on for the inspiration behind the new single:

“With this song we’re continuing to spread a positive message through our music, that hopefully brings people together in a time of divide. This year has been turbulent for everybody. Not only because of the pandemic, but also because of the systemic racism that has finally been brought to light. We felt it was time to spread some love and give the people something positive to listen to. We want our fans to know that we love them no matter what skin color, religion, sexuality or gender. We believe in a world where everybody is treated equally and where you can live together in our differences, that’s what makes us all beautiful.”

Brothers Wouter and Sjoerd Janssen – better known together as Showtek – have made a name for themselves in the international dance scene with their high-energy, beat-driven style that has produced many a festival anthem. Their initial success in the hardstyle realm with tracks like “FTS” made them a household name, and they have continued to develop and evolve their style into the dynamic, genre-crossing sound we know and love today. Their hits such as “Believer” with Major Lazer (which is certified Gold), “Booyah” or “Bad” with David Guetta, their single “We Like To Party,” and their cover of Moby’s “Natural Blues” have become dance classics heard around the world. The brothers lead their label Skink, which has releases from the likes of Henry Fong, Gammer, Sidney Samson, MAKJ, and more. Showtek has proven again that they are nowhere near being finished their musical journey, and we can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

John Lynx’s Electronic Anthem Motivates You To Believe In Your “Dreams”

Published

electronic anthem "Dreams" by John Lynx
John Lynx
is no stranger to producing euphoric basslines and emotional-filled masterpieces. With that in mind, the Chicagoan producer joins forces with Sergi Yaro to blow up the speakers once again. Effectively, “Dreams” is the kind of pop-centric EDM paired with excellent vocal hooks that help you stay motivated. If you think pursuing one’s dreams is important and necessary in life, then this new electronic anthem will move your soul to the highest vibration level.

The Tiesto and Armin van Buuren’s influence is notable on “Dreams” but it truly stands alone with its solid soundscape. Additionally, listeners can feel the striking climax right when the beats drop. As well as the magma of vibrant melodies that fades into the background of this electronic anthem. All in all, these sonic elements are there with the aim of energizing your mind and your will to build a better future. With a growing fanbase over the last 10 years, John Lynx finally dares to empower other creative musicians to do everything they can in order to achieve their goals, visions, and plans.

«Inspiration for “Dreams” is to never give up on them. There have been many times in my life I have been turned down to DJ or getting my music signed. I never gave up on those dreams, and now it’s become a reality. I am very happy I never quit.» – John Lynx

Hooked by Danny Spade
Just in case you haven’t checked it out yet, Danny Spade brings you feel-good vibes through his new song, “Hooked. In the first couple of seconds, its impressive intro will catch your attention. Designing catchy melodic elements, the music producer from Connecticut teams up with Tara Louise who stands out for her gorgeous vocals. Actually, there are some cuts that just make you feel happy immediately, and “Hooked” is one of them. Moreover, I love how he creates a bridge between EDM and Pop by reshaping and breaking up the traditional stuff you’re used to hearing on the radio.

Whoever listens to this cool tune might realize the love-themed lyrics and the whole composition is really well executed. Without a doubt, Danny is a rising talent that needs to be on everyone’s radar. “Hooked” embodies an effervescent delivery hooking listeners in no time. It is not in vain that his first single “Effort” reached over 114K streams on Spotify. This being said, I think every mountain top is within his reach if he keeps climbing with such great releases.

“‘One More Dance'” is about the power of music, which is able to distract you from your pain and to build your courage to overcome your everyday problems. It also works like a drug, that lets you stay in a fantasy for a little bit longer, so press play and get lost in one more dance and get the strength to face whatever situation you’re dealing with.” – R3HAB

“This is one of the first songs we wrote when lockdown started in Los Angeles back in March. A Zoom session with laggy internet between LA and Oslo led to this super on-pulse dance track. I loved working with R3HAB, and we’re so pumped to share this dance track with the world!” – Alida

Dutch/Moroccan DJ and producer Fadi El Ghoul, better known as R3HAB, has been trailblazing his way through dance music for the better part of the last decade. From his breakthrough hit remix of Afrojack, Pitbull and Ne-Yo’s “Give Me Everything” to his dance anthems, such as “All Around The World (La La La)” and “Lullaby,” which have collectively amassed over 600M streams, to his collaborations with the likes of ZAYN, Andy Grammer, Sofia Carson, Timmy Trumpet and more, R3HAB has proven to be one of the most talented and forward-thinking artists in the game. He partnered with Spotify and GATTÜSO to create the first-ever official “mint” single release. In 2016 he founded his label CYB3RPVNK, which passed one billion streams on its catalog within the first two years since its inception. R3HAB himself continues to evolve and diversify his sound by working with a variety of artists around the globe, experimenting with everything from hip-hop to pop through his collaborations. With his combination of innate artistry and innovative attitude, R3HAB is continuing his journey. Keep an eye out for what’s next!

Alida is a songwriter, vocalist, and artist from Norway, now based in Los Angeles, California. Her passion for singing and creating music began at a young age. At nine years old, Alida started to sing alone in her room, recording herself with a tape recorder. While in secondary school, she decided to focus on music and began to fine-tune her pursuit. It was then when she learned the piano and began writing her own songs. Upon relocating to Los Angeles, Alida began collaborating with various producers, songwriters, and artists, including Noonie Bao, Axident, Big Taste, The Orphanage, Cheat Codes, The Monarch, Loren Gray, Rollo, and Robopop, to name a few. The Norwegian singer co-wrote and was featured on Robin Schulz’s single “In Your Eyes'” which peaked at #1 on US Dance Radio & #5 on European Radio charts. Recent releases include features and co-writing jobs on Matoma’s “Embrace Your Life” and “Home Now” by Yves V. Alida is an extremely versatile topliner and, with strength in lyric, melody, and concept, can pen records wholly on her own with ease, and she is only getting started.
