“Insomniac” is much more Electro-Pop-esque than anything The Keymakers have released previously. This time brothers Rome Alexander & Rederic deliver a haunting yet dark sound that matches the subject of their new song.
If you examine lyrics, its content is based on a lover’s painful longing over sleepless nights. Furthermore, the best part of this tune is the way they bring a seducing mood with saxophone solos. Indeed, one of them played this instrument since a kid, and, all in all, they obtained a pretty original composition.
Undoubtedly, The Keymakers are constantly doing something different and thus they dare to experiment with distorted vocals on this occasion. In conclusion, here we have a third single that deserves to be listed on any playlist. Enjoy it!
