Low Blow Pays Homage To His Spanish Roots With “Tupapa”

Published

on

Spanish artist Low Blow returns to Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings with a bold new Tech House release – “Tupapa, for which he teamed up with newcomer IVAX. The track plays with Latin influences from Low Blow’s roots with rhythmic melodies, kick drums, and rhythmic bass. Its tribal elements transport you to a balmy jungle night, dancing with your feet in the sand under a full moon. “Tupapa” is a great representation of Low Blow’s dynamic style and capacity to experiment with new styles and evolve his sound. In 2022 he played in the main room of Protocol’s 10-year anniversary ADE showcase alongside Nicky Romero, Deniz Koyu, Dubvision, Stadiumx, Third Party, as well as at the 10 Years Of Protocol event at the famous British venue Ministry Of Sound. Keep an eye out for even more new tunes coming soon.

It boasts a roster of heavy-hitters, complemented by immensely talented up-and-comers such as Thomas Gold, Deniz Koyu, Teamworx, Futuristic Polar Bears, Trilane, Marcus Santoro, Stadiumx, Tim van Werd, Timmo Hendriks, Marc Benjamin and Nicky Romero himself, to name a few. Among them is Low Blow, a Spanish producer with an eclectic and energetic sound. His edgy electro-house originals and remixes made Low Blow’s way to TurnItUp Muzik. In just over a year, he has experienced success with official remixes of DANK & Lorensa’s “One Life,” Sick Individuals & Justin Prime’s “Guilty” feat. Nevve and Nicky Romero & Sick Individuals’ “Only for You.” This is only the beginning for this dynamic artist, so stay tuned for what’s next.
