Major Lazer have collaborated with Latino hitmakers J Balvin & El Alfa on “Que Calor”. Precisely translated this means “It’s So Hot”, and the whole song suggests summer isn’t over yet. Moreover, there’s an eargasmic mix of tropical Colombian sounds and Dominican Dembow beats.
Trust me, nothing else will make you shake your hips than this Reggaeton banger. Actually, the art of sampling is present on “Que Calor”, as much of the background instrumentation comes from a classic Cumbia song called “Curura” by Totó La Momposina y sus Tambores.
Without going overboard, I think these guys have released one of the best tracks of 2019. Enjoy it!
