MAXIMALS And Nino Lucarelli Collaborate For Feel-Good, Summertime Release “My Best”

Published

My Best
Everyone has that golden time in their life they wish they could go back to, and MAXIMALS and Nino Lucarelli can definitely relate. The three Italian artists teamed up on their new track “My Best” for Protocol Recordings, which delivers a nostalgic dose of summertime romance and good vibes. MAXIMALS keeps the track lighthearted with bouncy melodies that meld seamlessly into a deep, groovy bassline; Nino Lucarelli’s smooth vocals conjure images of sunsets and cold drinks with a now-distant fling that transport the listener down memory lane. MAXIMALS and Lucarelli previously collaborated on their track “Fall in Line,” also released on Protocol, which was landed a coveted feature in the Ultra Miami 2017 Aftermovie. “My Best” is MAXIMALS’ fourth release on Protocol and follows their remix of Raiden and k-pop star YURI’s “Always Find You” earlier this year. Look for “My Best” to get festival stages dancing for the rest of the summer!

Founded by Nicky Romero, Protocol Recordings is one of the leading imprints for innovative house music; it boasts a roster of heavy-hitters complemented with immensely talented up-and-comers, all with a diverse range of sounds that are guaranteed to light up a dance floor. Among them is MAXIMALS, the Italian duo who are inspired by the atmosphere of dance music in the ’70s and ’80s, which is evident in the lighthearted vibes of their tracks, such as “My Best”, “Enigma” and “Dancin.” Nicky Romero himself named them as one of the top artists to watch in 2017 during his interview with T.H.E Music Essentials, and so far in 2018 they have proved the label boss right. The Italian duo continues to evolve their sound and serve as the ambassadors to bring “old school”, disco-influenced music back to the mainstream. Stay tuned for more releases on Protocol Recordings from these talented producers.

If You're Into Melodic House/Techno, Check Out Truesounds Music 50th Release
Featuring incredible artists such as ARCTRIK, Fakdem, Maxi Vega, Rafael Cerato, and Who Else, the ‘Hush’ EP becomes the 50th release of Truesounds Music. Likewise, this Melodic House & Techno material is a testament to the label’s continued search for fresh and exciting talents. It took them 7 years to position themselves as one of the most beloved labels by DJs who work in the underground electronic scene.

GRAB YOUR COPY

Both the original and remixes distance themselves from the mainstream EDM sound. Here the production quality is hypnotic and dark as it integrates a mix of lo-fi beats and pounding rhythms. Add to this, an underlying sensuality in the vocals accompanied by a touch of mystery. All the producers behind this project weave together well-crafted tunes with a meditative yet driving late-night groove. Therefore, the ‘Hush’ EP is one of the most triumphant offerings in the genre. No doubt, Truesounds Music shows appreciation to the clubbers, bloggers, and radio stations who have supported their releases over the years with a special EP that glows with fascinating sounds to get lost in.

A-Trak and Armand Van Helden aka Duck Sauce are known for the legendary track “Barbra Streisand”. If you missed them, watch this mind-blowing music video for their new single “Mesmerize”. As a matter of fact, this is the first clip in six years. The duo has premiered this housey banger accompanied by hilarious visuals that look cheap. It includes a weird storyline that will make you laugh a lot. You can even expect different cameos from Bruce Willis, Vin Diesel, Daniel Craig, and even Morgan Freeman DJing some vinyls. 😆

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, their Coachella performance was canceled. Nevertheless, I think this amazing release compensates for that type of setback. No one can deny, this dancey jam is also a masterpiece that will remind you of the crazy 90s. Without further ado, just enjoy it.

KRAIZ & Adam Davenport Combine Forces In “House Bitch” — LISTEN

Published

KRAIZ
Without question, “House Bitch” is a banger so make sure to play it loud! KRAIZ & Adam Davenport unveil a killer groove charged with an energetic flair. This impressive collaboration is the result of a long-distance recording project, which is more often nowadays, and, above all, due to the global pandemic. As a matter of fact, the distinctive hook of The Notorious B.I.G.’s “Crush On You” is reimagined by Farrah Frostt‘s sexy vocals. In some fashion, they capture those 90s classic vibes you still miss.

On the other hand, no one can’t resist contemporary basslines. Thereby, I truly think fans of both producers were anxiously waiting for their dance signature. Literally, the new track is an ode to the House genre that lets you sway your head while hearing it. Go to their social media channels below to keep up with these rising artists.

What goes around comes around, that’s probably the best definition of “Karma”. Aaron, Caleb, and Lisa from Muzik Box just launched a new song and video about the law of cause and effect. Interpreting the emotions covered in this haunting track, you’ll soon realize that for every action there’s always a reaction. With energetic beats and under their signature House sound, the Houston-based artists will give you an important life lesson.

In a certain way, the divalicious vocals turn listeners into instant fans. Plus, I would dare to say this could become a timeless masterpiece thanks to the epic funky bassline and stunning hooks. Additionally, visuals take you to a futuristic scenario in which tall buildings and flying cars dominate the cityscape. So, if this delightful single makes you eager for more, then check out the remixes for “Karma”. The dance community will love the versatility over the original, with refreshing tribal, deep, and tech-house versions. This is surely the place to kickstart your next Spotify playlist.
