San Francisco based synth-pop trio, Beautiful Machines released their album, ‘Bridges’ this summer and it has been taking off ever since. The album is just as danceable as it is thoughtful, leaving the listener pondering about life’s deeper meaning. The band consists of vocalist/guitarist, Conrad Schuman, keyboardist, Stef Ku and Finnish drummer, Veli-Matti Matillas.
Their latest single, “Sunrise Song” sounds like a cinematic masterpiece and make me wonder why this band isn’t scoring movies in Hollywood. With synths melodies and sultry vocals from lead singer, Schuman, “Sunrise Song” is definitely one of the albums stand out tracks. The band has a massive sound that can be compared to a modern day Depeche Mode or The Cure. Beautiful Machines says the song is “about the dawn of a new day, closing the chapter of one life and starting a new.”
The ambitious trio has also announced that ‘Bridges’ is the second album in a trilogy series. The third album, ‘Singularity’ will be out in 2017.
