Late last year, Peking Duk released their cinematic, soaring anthem “Stranger” featuring Elliphant and it’s no surprise that it took the scene by storm (not to mention Platinum status in Australia and over 10 million streams on Spotify). With an effervescent sound that can only be described as epic, “Stranger” is a track that effortlessly carries the listener to new heights, as was evident in the track’s trippy video. Dogs getting high and flying through a world bursting with happiness? Sign us up! Just in case you’re yearning for more “Stranger” vibes, Peking Duk is releasing a two-part remix package featuring six artists. Part 1 contains renditions by Destructo, Y2K and Blanke. Destructo‘s remix is a dark, driving, and sexy remix—with the “I’m Never Gonna Sleep Alone” vocal riff complemented by deep basslines, this is a surefire club hit. Y2K‘s version is a toned-down and groovy; this is the remix you want to play when you’re cruising along the coast or winding down for the night. To round it out, Blanke delivers a heavy electro banger that will resonate both literally and figuratively with bassheads. Round 2 stars Wax Motif, Faux Tales and Jackal; Wax Motifopens with a future house infused remix that begs for dancing, while Faux Tales works some chilled out bass and uplifting instrumental riffs into his rendition and Jackal‘s version is slightly whimsical and dreamy for easy listening. Each of the six new “Stranger” versions has its own distinctive sound, so you’re bound to be drawn to one (if not all) of these fresh new takes on the hit track.
Adam Hyde & Reuben Styles, better known as Peking Duk, soared into the Australian music scene in 2014 with their massive triple Platinum single “High (feat. Nicole Millar)”. “High” was the #1 most played single on Triple J radio in 2014 and was #2 on Triple J’s Hottest 100 poll, the world’s biggest music poll with over 2.2 million votes. The song also peaked at #1 on Hype Machine, hit #1 on Australian Shazaam, and Top 5 on ARIA singles & clubs charts. Their second single, “Take Me Over“, went double Platinum in Australia and reached #5 on Triple J’s Hottest 100. In 2015, the duo set off on their first U.S. tour which showcased their distinct flavor of indie electronica and included electrifying live performances at SXSW, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Electric Zoo, TomorrowWorld, and Life Is Beautiful. Peking Duk‘s debut EP, “Songs To Sweat To“, which includes their previous single, “Say My Name” feat. Benjamin Joseph, is out now on Vicious Bitch/RCA Records.

Hardwell and Maddix have teamed up to bring a fresh twist to the timeless classic “Satisfaction.” They gave new life to the latest version produced by Benny Benassi and David Guetta. Check out the full video!
Originally released in 2002, “Satisfaction” quickly became a club hit with its upbeat Electro House sound and catchy synths. Now, over two decades later, the new remix is sure to get the crowds jumping once again.
In my opinion, this cut stays true to the original rhythm, however, Hardwell and Maddix add updated hard-hitting drops and futuristic elements. Whether you’re a fan of the original or just love a good banger, this melody is definitely made for you.
Unquestionably, the result is a high-energy, high-impact version of “Satisfaction.” With its iconic status in the electronic music world, it’s no surprise that this track has been remixed countless times over the years, but I believe nothing else can surpass such a great edit.

Stafford Brothers are back with a fun dancefloor banger in the form of “Rage” out on the NFT-fueled Purple Fly record label. Opening with a Bass-heavy build-up, the Aussie brother-duo kicks things up a notch with a grimy drop and funky melodies that will light up any festival stage or underground club, and the catchy vocal riff will quite literally have booties hitting the floor. Stafford Brothers previously released a cover of Blink 182’s “I Miss You,” which makes “Rage” a new direction and one that we’re excited to see more of. Read on for the artists’ take on their track:
“After dropping ‘I Miss You’ – a cover from the Blink 182 legends, we wanted to send ‘Rage’ in a different direction and drop a club banger next… We tend to jump between releasing the easy listening vibes for that pick-me-up in the daytime to the heavier bassline tracks for the night. For anyone that has seen us play live, they know it’s everything but chill! For ‘Rage’ we wanted to drop something we can go nuts to on the dancefloor. Large low end, big build-ups, and a vocal that slapsssss“ — Stafford Brothers

ZABO Brings The Heat With Hard-Hitting, Vocal Bass Track “Flow”
Canadian bass/mid-tempo artist ZABO is back with another hard-hitting release titled “Flow,” featuring his fellow Canadian, singer/songwriter C.D. True to the viral sensation’s signature style, this new track takes no prisoners with a foundation of basslines that seem to stab right for the heart, complemented with grating mechanical synths and haunting vocals that add the perfect feminine twist. “Flow” is far from the easy-going melodic gem that its name might imply – it’s made for headbanging and booty-shaking on the dance floor, and you better believe ZABO will be playing it out this spring and summer. It’s yet another example of how his infectious music continues to transcend international boundaries and break genre molds.
Dan Szabo knew his love for electronic music was everlasting at a young age. He became fascinated with music composition, which led him to study audio and recording technology at the well-known OIART in London, Ontario. This led to the development of his music persona “ZABO,” which was heavily influenced by the Toronto bass community. ZABO became an international sensation when his music went viral on TikTok and Douyin, making him well known in the US and China. His single “Breathe” was the top electronic music song on TikTok in 2021, having amassed 13.5M plays on Spotify, while “Drown” has been streamed internationally over 1B times across all platforms. At this early stage in his career, ZABO has a lot of exciting news and music up his sleeve, so keep an eye out for more music coming soon.
