R3HAB Collaborates With Psytrance Duo Vini Vici On New Festival Anthem “Alive”
R3HAB continues this summer’s hot streak by teaming up with Israeli psytrance duo Vini Vici for “Alive” ft. Pangea & Dego, fusing two considerably different styles to make arguably one of the most unique and dancefloor-friendly sounds of the summer. “Alive” delivers both R3HAB’s meticulous and upbeat melodies and the driving, heavy-hitting pulse of Vini Vicis’s psytrance basslines. Topping it all off with inspiring vocals makes the new track a bonafide festival anthem, and after watching the accompanying music video, it’s clear that was the artists’ intention. Find out what else happens in the music video and prepare to “live like you’re never gonna die.” “Alive” follows R3HAB’s “Don’t Give Up On Me” with Julie Bergan, “This Is How We Party” with Icona Pop, and “All Around The World” with A Touch of Class, which has been added to Spotify’s biggest playlist “Today’s Top Hits” and is getting closer and closer to surpass 100M streams on the platform.

Over the last seven years, the Dutch/Moroccan artist Fadil El Ghoul – better known as R3HAB – has established himself as a leader at the forefront of modern electronic music. His tracks have reached the top of many a list, his talent has been called the “future of the craft” by the likes of Forbes and Billboard, and he’s circuited the globe’s best clubs all without the backing of a formal record label. In 2017, R3HAB independently released his debut album “Trouble” through his imprint CYB3RPVNK, which amassed over a half-billion streams globally and officially placed R3HAB among electronic music’s heavy hitters. He made number 12 on DJ Mag’s Top 100 list in 2018, topping the charts with tracks like “Lullaby” and “Hold On Tight,” while his sophomore album “The Wave,” revealing more complex, emotional and experimental layers of himself, has amassed over 250M streams on Spotify alone – leading to its North American sold-out tour of the same name. His other 2019 releases include “This Is How We Party” with Icona Pop, “Don’t Give Up On Me” with Julie Bergan and official remixes for Rammstein, Sofi Tukker, Danny Ocean, Kygo, The Chainsmokers, and P!nk.
Despite Vini Vici’s overwhelming schedule, with over 230 shows per year across the globe, the duo maintains a high energy pulse in the studio, repeatedly delivering pounding hits such as their notable remix of Hilight Tribe’s “Free Tibet.” The track has become one of the most successful Psytrance songs on YouTube ever (with over 90M spins), and the first Psytrance record that made onto the Beatport’s main chart (#2). It was followed by collaborative singles, such as “Great Spirit” with Armin van Buuren and Hilight Tribe, which received Gold certification and clocked up over 100M views on YouTube; and “Chakra” with W&W. Both gaining a spectacular success across all platforms along with being the first and second most played tracks at 2017’s Tomorrowland. In 2018 Vini Vici were voted #34 by DJ Mag as a “Highest Climber,” which clearly means their cataclysmic, yet authentic and mesmerizing sound, took the duo way beyond the psychedelic world spectrum.

Trance Version Of Cyndi Lauper’s “Time After Time” — WATCH

Dash Berlin, Dubvision, and Emma Hewitt want to close 2022 with a flourish. These talents join forces to produce a brilliant cover of Cyndi Lauper’s “Time After Time.” Not to mention, the music video is a must-watch for Trance fans.
They just finished shooting the visuals last month in South Korea and the results speak for themselves. From the neon lights to the skyscrapers and busy streets, you can tell the atmosphere is on point.
Get lost in the sound and the hypnotic nuances of this fresh rendition of the ’80s classic we all love. Magically, it starts slow but the rhythm gets intense and steady until the end.
Furthermore, the bittersweet and deep lyrics stay almost intact. In my opinion, this Trance version is shaped by a unique vocal presence but also by the contagious chord progression.
Letting go of a relationship, that is meaningless or makes you feel confused could be some form of teaching that leaves the whole composition. One way or another, the new cover begs for eyes closed and arms raised to the skies every listening moment. Enjoy it!

Romy And Fred again.. Create Emotional Music To Dance To

Believe it or not, “Strong” by Romy and Fred again.. is a song filled with lyrics about grief and loss. Despite this, the dance beats and the classic Trance vibes will command you to move your body.
What’s more, the visuals directed by Vic Lentaigne look so minimalist and so iconic at first glance. Indeed, Romy and her cousin were part of this music video which portrays unity, consolation, and strength after the disappearance of a loved one.
Undoubtedly, personal and vulnerable verses match the flawless vocals and the whole energy put into such an amazing track. Besides that, you can even connect with its feelings if you consider yourself an empath.
It should be noted that this is not the first time Romy and Fred again.. collaborate together on a single. At the beginning of the year, they dropped “Lights Out,” which is another absolute banger.
