Dutch artist Repiet releases his impressive solo track “Don’t Think Twice” on Protocol Recordings, a mesmerizing progressive gem that’s perfect for the established label’s sound. Opening with captivating female vocals, the record quickly gains momentum with a distinctive bouncy synth coupled with shimmering melodies and a driving bassline. “Don’t Think Twice” is a representation of Repiet’s evolution as a producer, its mixture of sophistication, emotion, and energy making for an addictive tune that’s fit for radio or club treatment. “Don’t Think Twice” is Repiet’s fourth official release on the label but the first one on Protocol Recordings, following three on Protocol Lab – Nicky Romero’s imprint for upcoming talent.

Repiet
Founded by Nicky Romero in 2012, Protocol Recordings is one of the leading imprints for innovative electronic dance music. It boasts a roster of heavy hitters, complemented by immensely talented up-and-comers such as Thomas Gold, Deniz Koyu, Teamworx, Marcus Santoro, Stadiumx, Lukas Vane, Almero, Timmo Hendriks, Marc Benjamin and Nicky Romero himself, to name a few. All of Protocol’s artists make for a diverse range of sounds that are guaranteed to light up a dance floor, and Repiet is the newest up-and-comer on the scene. Before “Don’t Think Twice,” Repiet’s recent “So High” with Lucles gained a lot of support, went viral on TikTok, and amassed 100K streams on Spotify in the 1st week. His track “Stuck On You” with Andrew A launched the Protocol Lab sublabel in January 2022, while his “Your Love” with VIANI was featured on Protocol ADE 2022 compilation. The Dutch artist is off to a promising start, and we can’t wait to see what he comes up with next!
