Senhit To Play Live At The London Tabernacle On February 2
Introducing Senhit

Senhit, the Italian-Eritrean singer-songwriter will perform her first London show at the Tabernacle on Thursday, February 2. Her most recent single “Something on my Mind” has made a splash on streaming services, and her first full-length album will be released later in 2017.

Senhit (pronounced ‘Sen-eet’) has worked with Brian Higgins (Xenomania) and Busbee (Katy Perry, Timbaland, P!nk) on the record and the results are unashamedly pure pop.

Senhit was born in Bologna, northern Italy to Eritrean parents. A true citizen of the world, as well as traveling frequently to Africa, Senhit has lived in Hamburg, Rome, New York and London. She made her musical debut on the stage in Germany, landing starring roles in blockbuster musicals including The Lion King, Rent, Hair and Fame, touring with the shows throughout Europe.

It was upon returning to Italy from one of these tours that Senhit was approached by the publishing company PANINI, who were searching for a star to launch them into the world of music. Shocked and flattened by the proposal to become a pop icon, Senhit accepted and has been working on developing her pop act and transitioning from stage superstar to pop star with a plethora of collaborators from around the world.

The journey has seen her performing her own material on stages around the world, including the Eurovision song contest in 2011 when she represented San Marino. She’s picked up some famous fans along the way, including Meryl Streep whom she met at a film festival in Rome and again on an Italian telethon. During her time in New York, Senhit also made a connection with Madonna and discussed her upcoming music project.

She has recently been making waves throughout Europe, with a collection of performances at Le Méridien Etoile’s Jazz Club in Paris and an expansive tour of Italy.

In South Africa there’s a new music star in the making, her name is Carmelita. She’s ready to impress you with her first official single. These days is hard to find great tunes with a blend of heartfelt lyrics, seductive vocals, and RnB/Pop beats like “Got You”. Frankly, this is a perfect example of a radio-friendly anthem which you can play again and again without boring. It’s worth mentioning the singer-songwriter has been writing songs for years, without releasing them until now.

Hailing from Cape Town, she attended the AFDA film school and graduated in 2011. Nevertheless, her passion for music is inherent in her personality since she was a young girl. Moreover, she has absorbed influences from renowned artists like Adele, Sam Smith, Aaliyah, Ariana Grande, Kelly Rowland, and more. For sure, love makes the world go round. Want More Indie Music? Start Listening To Giovanni Beatty’s Debut Single

Published

Giovanni Beatty
Sort of a cross between Pop and Rock, Giovanni Beatty‘s debut single, “Cigarette Snowfall” should be playing on loops in radio stations. Indie music is the new normal these days because it evokes more emotions than mainstream tracks. Moreover, the up-and-coming 22-year-old singer and songwriter unleashes a compelling singing voice. Chances are, you’ll fall in love with his acoustic guitar strings too.

Surround yourself with chill vibes and allow his melodies to take you on a melancholic journey. Interestingly, profound lyrics are based on the artist’s own memories. GIO opens his heart and expresses an intimate and personal story throughout this fresh composition. Keep in mind, the chorus is so infectious that you will most probably find yourselves humming it. This is the first over-the-top effort from the Virginia Beach-based talent, and I’m sure it won’t be the last one. Actually, can’t wait to hear what’s next…

Today the transition of going solo makes her realize she has made the right choice. On the other hand, while working on her debut EP, her generous heart led her to perform selflessly at the “Virtual Sail Aways” Livestream event whose funds were completely donated to help patients with COVID-19. People Born Under The “Scorpio” Sign Should Listen To Ivoree Xavier’s Song

Published

on

scorpio
The Los Angeles-based emerging R&B singer Ivoree Xavier dedicates his newest track “Scorpio” to those of you who are born between October 23rd and November 21st. Astrologers describe them as passionate, brave, magnetic, and intensionally emotional. While others think they are possessive, jealous, and highly controlling people. Well, in the case of this song, the artist felt inspired by toxic relationships with Scorpio dudes where his love for them wasn’t reciprocated. Press play below.

STREAM/DOWNLOAD

As an astrology aficionado, I know that Scorpios always leave their mark no matter the circumstances. Most of them are in a process of transformation, and this could lead to misunderstandings, especially with their lovers. Of course, the good proof of this is Ivoree’s sensitive lyrics and as a Virgo, he knows how to analyze every little thing. Clearly, some zodiac signs go well together, while others don’t. Beyond the positive or negative traits of Scorpios, I think his verses are somehow relatable, plus, the laidback groove is totally eargasmic. Enjoy it.
