This soulful diva is no new comer to the electronic dance world. Her debut single “Fascinating Rhythm” that she produced with William Orbit had shot to prominence in the early 90’s. Lady Musgrave, which is her Twitter address, has never stopped spewing those consciously driven poetic lyrics and globalicious hooks. “Hooks and grooves are my thing,” she says, “besides a wicked beat, that’s what dance music is all about.” As much as she digs deep into the melodic tones of the dancefloor drop, she knows how to bring it with hypnotic soulfulness.

Her latest release entitled “Get Down Wit Cha” is brought to you skillfully with the help of producer DJ Thor. She calls him an invisible phenomenon because she’s never seen him. They hit it off as a writing unit and the rest is herstory. Or rather, the rest is Sharon Musgrave’s mission possible in an industry where tracks are sprouting every day.

“What keeps me going in this industry?” She says, “Is when a fan tells me he just heard my song pumping out of 2000 watts of power in Peru and he finishes with Sharon you kill me, I love you.”
