Here’s such a fun song from The Solsters, considering its breakup undertone. Despite the happy poppy sound, the lyrics portray a torturous relationship. In other words, as the title suggests, “(Now We’re) Done” has to do with the end of a love affair, where lies and deception are everywhere.
In terms of vocal delivery, Evan Croft did a good job; his clear tone fits perfectly the whole tune. Actually, I like it so much that I wouldn’t feel embarrassed to sing it at a karaoke bar, knowing that I was not born a singer, lol.
