They are ensured that their fans understand what they’re about and what it means to stand by them. Think of your favorite DJ and his brand. Can you identify what they stand for? Is it clear to you? Do you get the same experience everywhere you go that’s connected to them? From their concerts, to their websites, their social media, etc., Are you seeing the same visuals, designs and hearing the same music?

People will always call you out if you‘re not being authentic. It damages your leadership and your ability to create loyal fans among your brand.
Your fans are also your customers, so you need them to be repeat shoppers and bring their friends.
