To tell the truth, this dancey song about “Mexico” produced by twocolors lacks Latin vibes. Nevertheless, its upbeat energy exceeds expectations and will keep the dance floor warm. Here you have a second collaborative track between the Berlin-based act and The Dead Daisies. Get yourself in the mood for a Mexican trip thanks to its bouncy melody and Daft Punk-esque vocoders. Furthermore, there’s a winning combination of a classic rock style and modern Electro beats that flow vibrantly.
Back in 2015, twocolors amassed over 12 million streams with “Follow You”, and I have no doubt “Mexico” could become their next hit to close 2019 in style. Of course, “Mexico” is reminiscent of the 80s, so music lovers of all ages will enjoy it. What do you think? It all sounds pretty nice in my opinion.
