If you are looking for fresh indie bands, then SKRAM should definitely be on your radar. Embark on a journey with these guys to see how the anxious brain works in the new hilarious video for “Please Give Me Some Peace.“
Within a short time, SKRAM will be New Zealand’s best-kept secret!
The rising group consists of three talented music teachers, Henry Ashby (lead vocalist), Felix Nesbitt (drummer), and Lee Pryor (keyboardist). This project was born when they started to do school shows and realized their common passion for performing live on stage.
Undoubtedly, the infiltration of Pop into the Rock hegemony, makes everything quite dynamic and energetic. Indeed, “Please Give Me Some Peace” is an expressive track that doesn’t hide its driving force, the complexity of emotions.

Anxiety is of course the central point of this banger. Moreover, relatable lyrics resonate with fighting your inner demons and struggles. In other words, “Please Give Me Some Peace” portrays the drama behind ceasing about things which are beyond the power of your will.
Interestingly enough, the cover art reminds me of a popular adage, “You can’t stop the waves but you can learn to surf.” Nevertheless, the way you handle certain situations in life has a direct impact on how much anxiety you experience.
I really enjoy the appeal of clever Pop tunes like this one. Not to mention, the funny visuals may even be useful for a workable thesis to illustrate human behavior on a date.
