We Are Your Friends is a coming of age story which follows a young DJ named Cole, played by Efron, who is trying to get his first hit song in the world of electronic dance music.
Wes Bentley of The Hunger Games co-stars as a more established but troubled DJ who serves as a mentor to Cole.
The movie also features Blurred Lines video star Emily Ratajkowski as Cole’s love interest.
Directed by Max Joseph, the drama is scheduled to be released next year.
