The talented artist has teamed up with her great friend and awesome music producer Hercules & Love Affair for a new single, “Burn.” If you enjoy Daphne Guinness‘ music videos, get ready to be delighted by some fun Electro-Pop melodies this time around.
Most importantly, “Burn” comes straight from the deluxe edition of ‘Sleep,’ and it’s out on all digital platforms.

A Chorus That Commands Attention
My favorite part of this whole composition is how addictive and catchy the chorus of “Burn” is. Daphne Guinness puts you in a trance within seconds with her melodious voice, alongside the brilliant sounds and effects created by Andy Butler, aka Hercules & Love Affair.
Overall, I think this song can be interpreted in different ways, but I feel it’s about rejecting falsehoods, facing betrayal, and taking back control. It’s like listening to it gives you the determination to take the bull by the horns, at least, that’s how I felt when I heard it.
Considering these points, you can’t overlook the upbeat and refreshing rhythm that somehow gets your feet dancing!
Camaraderie: The Secret Sauce of “Burn”
The music video will bring back fond memories of playing those classic Nintendo games or calling your pals on brick phones. Moreover, the entire “Burn” clip feels like it shows an episode from the daily lives of both artists.
Also, I think their musical combination sounds so good because of the great camaraderie between them, as seen in the visuals. This is undoubtedly the secret sauce of “Burn.”
If you need something to lift your spirits, watching Daphne Guinness’ music videos will bring a smile to your face, and this new release won’t disappoint.
Without further ado, if you find yourself listening to it on repeat, it’s because everything I’ve written is true. Revel in!
