Hey everyone! Do you wanna know more about DJ Danny G?… He started to love music since childhood and began DJing in the early 2000s in Italy. Today, Danny G is a successful producer because he always provides fresh EDM tunes to the world. Lately, I’m a big fan of his latest EP “Never Stop” (The Remixes) realeased via Gonna Be Records. 1 – When did you start DJing?
I started Djing in 2002,moved by passion and love for dance music.
2 – Do you still think dance radio stations are popular today?
Dance radio stations are not popular here in Italy, not as before. I think something has changed in the last year, so they prefer the pop scene than the club scene generally.
3 – How would you describe the EDM scene in Italy?
The Edm scene in Italy is various. Goes from Big Room to Electro, from Progressive house to future house, always most played in this period.
4 – How did you become involved with Gonna Be Records?
I was involved with Gonna Be Records thanks to Michael M, after the collaboration for his tracks “tar” ,”Guess Who’s Back” and more…
5 – What are you working on at the moment?
I’m working on a new style, trying to do something different from the copy/paste tracks in this period. It’s hard to do, but necessary!
6 – What software or tools did you use on your latest single “Never Stop”?
I am always on FL Studio for years, using the most popular plugins & soundbank tested yet from the big of dance music as Avicii, Afrojack, etc.
7 – It will be cool to watch a videoclip for “Never Stop”, What do you think?
I think that videos can be a powerful mean for promotion in this area of social network, so it would be great to do a videoclip for “Never Stop”!
8 – Which clubs are the hottest for you at the moment?
I don’t want to give names about famous clubs in particular, but the most important clubs in Europe are still located in Ibiza, Spain & London.
9 – Aside from EDM artists who else do you enjoy listening to?
I always listen with great pleasure Axwell, Zedd, Ummet Ozcan & Tujamo.
10 – What is coming up for you in 2015?
For me 2015 it’s a strange year, but i’ll work for new big projects and collaborations!
