Doja Cat brings Disco music into the mainstream! She is the creator of the viral “Say So” TikTok dance, which is popular among Centennials. Just a few days ago, Amala Dlamini (real name) posted on YouTube the 70s-inspired visuals for this mega-hit. I love the vintage aesthetics and her multiple outfits, too.
Besides that, “Say So” is a high-quality track that is making a great impact on a new generation of audiophiles. In fact, “Say So” is the first single off Doja Cat’s sophomore studio album ‘Hot Pink’. Monotonous electronic melodies are becoming increasingly boring, so, I’m glad to know things are changing in the saturated Pop industry.
Definitely, producers must take this direction and add more funky basslines to their songs. Stay tuned for more news!
