Independent electronic music project Horizon Beats, led by Steven Sinanan alongside co-founder Recardo, returns with a renewed sense of direction through the release of “Come Back Over,” a melodic and reflective EDM track shaped by introspection, distance, and the reality of stepping away and coming back.
Based in Queens, New York, both Steven and Recardo developed their sound in an environment defined by constant movement, diversity, and energy. Growing up in New York exposed them to a wide range of musical influences, which continues to shape the emotional tone and structure of Horizon Beats’ music.
Rather than focusing purely on high-energy production, “Come Back Over” leans into atmosphere and feeling. The track blends melodic elements with steady progressions, capturing the tension between wanting to reconnect and understanding that time changes everything.
