JACKAL explores the resilience of the human spirit and debuts a triumphant new sound at the same time on his new single “In Love With Nobody”. The LA-based producer wastes no time captivating the listener, opening with cinematic, swelling synths that break for the track’s singular vocal, an angelic yet heartbreaking voice murmuring “I don’t love you anymore.” “In Love With Nobody” breaks down into reverberating basslines and digitized melodic effects that are unlike anything you’ve heard before. “This is actually a happy track. It comes from the feeling of relief of being independent and having no feelings for anyone,” JACKAL explains. “The title is kind of an ode to one of my all-time favourite bands The Smiths. I feel like Morrissey would totally name a track ‘In Love With Nobody.'” JACKAL’s new sound is experimental, bass-heavy and yet emotive, reflecting the creative passion he’s poured into his music this year. “In Love With Nobody” follows his recent “Don’t Come Near Me I am a Monster,” which provided the first glimpse into the producer’s transformation as an artist.
Whether it be the confines of the dreary English seaside town he grew up in or the boundaries between musical genres, JACKAL has made it his life’s work to break barriers. Driven by an unshakeable desire to make music, JACKAL’s singular work ethic lead him to release his first single “Shakedown” in 2013, debuting the combination of low BPM, heavy hip-hop bass and dancehall vocals that made JACKAL a hit. Bolstered by the success of “Shakedown,” JACKAL moved to LA and began releasing tracks on labels like Mad Decent, OWSLA and Buygore. JACKAL, aka Mikey Pennington, draws his influences from everything from UK grime and garage house to heavy metal, fusing these with his signature bass and electro-house sound. For those fortunate enough to witness his live sets, they can attest that JACKAL delivers a genre-bending experience like no other. As “In Love With Nobody” continues his journey and re-invention as an artist, keep an eye out for more brand new music from this promising artist.

Meet Echo-Eclipse, he could easily become the next big name in Manchester’s electronic music scene. Taking sonic elements from the 80s, retro and futuristic synth lines make his new single shine like gold. I’m talking about, “Rogue Simulation”, which will be included in his upcoming 5th album. This style is definitely making a comeback in the 21st century.
On the other hand, use your imagination with the help of the visuals below, and you’ll feel like driving late at night across a whole new dimension. As the engines roar, it’ll be cool to think about how neon lights surround you within the vehicle. Is The Death Of Kraftwerk’s Florian Schneider Possibly Linked To COVID-19?
COVID-19 is especially difficult for patients undergoing cancer treatments as it weakens the immune system. However, nobody has determined if Kraftwerk’s Florian Schneider cause of death is possibly linked to Coronavirus. So far, his label Sony Music and his best friend, Ralf Hütter have stated that Florian passed away from cancer just a few days after his birthday. (Source: CNN International)
Patients with cancer and their families might feel worried about the virus, as the disease and its treatment can lower the body’s ability to fight infections. In this case, doctors suggest shielding as the best measure to reduce risks. In short, this means that you stay home and avoid face-to-face contact for at least 12 weeks.
On a side note, Florian Schneider can be considered one of the founding fathers of Electronica. Somehow, he also influenced what we know today as Techno. He was literally an authentic genius, who gained international recognition for his futuristic music. A visionary talent that loved to experiment with robotic-esque vocals, minimal beats, and a variety of synths.
I really admire his musical legacy, and I hope we can see pioneer artists like himself in this new era. Believe it or not, he still has a huge fanbase, that even a man in Florida changed his name to Kraftwerk back in 2016. My favorite track is “Radioactivity”, who was originally written for a Greenpeace’s anti-nuclear campaign. Let me know in the comments below, which is your favorite track.

Dephman Uploads Relaxing Electronic Music To Enjoy While In “Quarantine”
Besides Netflix, there’s also feel-good electronic music to enjoy during the Coronavirus pandemic. Hailing from Frankfurt, Germany, Dephman gained experience in the art of making music at an early age. Migrating from FL Studio to Reason, his initial stage as a producer led him to experiment with Hip-Hop rhythms, and that genre is still his main influence. Nevertheless, once he discovered EDM, Dubstep, Techno, and even House, he got entirely hooked by Electronica and slower beats. Such is the case that his newest single offers chilled-out melodies, which translates into peace for your mind and soul. For this reason, it’s called “Quarantine” because it will help you to ease self-isolation. Press play on Spotify and share it with friends.

Crossover Pianist Jolynn Releases “Stop Corona” & Hints A 2nd Album Coming
Jolynn J Chin’s music might be the light that brings a smile to others. Somehow, her piano-driven single “STOP CORONA” becomes the best antidote to low mood, insomnia, stress, and anxiety.
Jolynn J Chin‘s music might be the light that brings a smile to others. Somehow, her piano-driven single “STOP CORONA” becomes the best antidote to low mood, insomnia, stress, and anxiety. For those experiencing mental health challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, you can benefit from this song’s catchiness.
Believe it or not, this is the first time the artist mixed and produced a song on her own. Inspired by Marc Rebillet’s style, the results are quite unique. Sincerely, I like the way she samples Edvard Grieg’s orchestral piece with pulsating Electronica beats. So, if you still believe instrumental music isn’t cool, chances are you’re wrong. There’s no doubt, she gave a new life to a classic gem by taking its memorable rhythm and intensity to the next level.
With a sense of humor and a touch of grace, the new video portrays her daily quarantine routine. After watching the visuals, you can assume she’s scribbling ideas for her upcoming second album. Perhaps, her next material will arrive later this year or early in 2021. Keep an eye on Jolynn’s socials for more updates!
