Jamit Releases “Taeb Ecnad” In Tribute To Legendary Jamaican DJ King Stitt

King Stitt
Curiously, “Taeb Ecnad” happens to be “Dance Beat” spelled backward. Likewise, it’s Jamit‘s own interpretation to one of DJ King Stitt‘s classics of the same name. However, it’s not exactly a cover as he removed the vocals entirely. By comparison, it feels more Electronica rather than a Reggae tribute, but regardless of that, he takes its original repetitive groove to the next level. With pulsating beats and locomotive-inspired rhythms, I don’t have the least doubt this track’s minimal percussion is destined for underground clubs. Of course, this doesn’t imply you can’t enjoy it from the comfort of your home. So, grab your headphones and take an epic listening journey below.
