If you couldn’t snag Lady Gaga tickets for her highly anticipated Mayhem tour, don’t worry, you can still dive into her world by watching the dazzling music video for her new single, “Abracadabra”!

Parris Goebel’s Choreographic Magic

Debuting during the Grammys, the new clip is a true feast for the senses. Featuring the track off Gaga’s upcoming album ‘Mayhem’ (out March 7th), the visuals are a delightful assault on the eyeballs, with Gaga donning one over-the-top costume after another.

The true highlight, however, might just be the choreography. Choreographed by the legendary Parris Goebel, the dance routines are electrifying, with Gaga and her backup dancers moving in perfect sync in what appears to be an empty building.

Additionally, her theatrical/dramatic performance doesn’t go unnoticed, perfectly complementing the video’s energetic madness.

A Return to Her Roots with a Modern Twist

Musically speaking, I love that Lady Gaga has finally returned to her original Dance-Pop style. With “Abracadabra,” you can feel she’s back to making the kind of music that made her famous in the first place, but with a much more modern edge.

What I mean is, you can clearly hear the influence of Acid Techno elements, thanks to her collaboration with the renowned French producer Gesaffelstein.

That said, the rest of the lyrics and the chorus keep it radio-friendly and accessible to a wider audience.

Moreover, it’s a mix of different textures, making it feel like a hybrid track, but one thing’s for sure, it’ll have you dancing from head to toe!

In these dark times, where rights and freedoms seem to be under threat, her fans are finding renewed energy and euphoria in this fantastic jam. In other words, “Abracadabra” brings back your spirit and reminds you why life is worth living.

And if you missed out on Lady Gaga tickets for her upcoming concerts, don’t worry, this video is proof that you can still experience her creativity from wherever you are.
