LeeMajor showcases a vintage feel over Chill Hip-Hop beats on a new single called “Mona Lisa”. For the Texas-born artist, sampling is a rich tradition within the genre that never goes out of style. Moreover, this song could easily be a good example of the retro revivalism trend in today’s music industry. Beyond that, he raps with elegance, plus his catchy rhymes will capture your attention. So far, this is my favorite Hip-Hop track of 2019 because it’s somewhat memorable. On a side note, this is LeeMajor’s first song out of 75 that were never released. He was encouraged by friends and family to drop this tune, and the results speak for themselves…
