Luckydabo$$, a Rapper based out of Oklahoma City, isn’t the type of urban artist you’d expect to run an NGO (Action Pour Le Tier Monde) seeking benefits for third world communities in his homeland. Believe it or not, the humanitarian effort he puts into practice is also reflected in the lyrics of his songs. As a matter of fact, his new bilingual single “Awakeness”, speaks out against injustices, addressing hunger. From my view, it’s kind of a protest song where his freestyle ability is truly impressive. On a side note, it’s worth mentioning that his debut album, “The Me$$age”, went on hiatus last year, which gave him the opportunity to obtain new fans.
