Raiden And YURI (Girls’ Generation) “Always Find You” Receives Remixes By Top Protocol Artists
After a wildly successful debut, Raiden and k-pop superstar YURI (Girls’ Generation)’s collaboration “Always Find You” has received a stellar remix package featuring some of Protocol’s top talent. The dreamy electronica of the original is transformed four times over by Blinders, Sam Void, Maximals and Sunstars, and there’s guaranteed to be something for everyone. Blinders opens with cinematic instrumentals and ethereal melodies coupled with chill, futuristic bass to kick things off on a dreamy note; Sam Void delivers a driving house rhythm that will have dance floors grooving. Next up is Maximals, whose version effervescent and bouncing, perfect for the festival circuit. Sunstars’ remix of “Always Find You” closes out the lineup with the most heavy-hitting of the four, filled with reverberating drops and serrating synths. No matter the mood or the situation, this remix package has you covered. The “Always Find You” remix package is out on Nicky Romero’s influential imprint Protocol Recordings. Furthermore, Nicky Romero as well as Raiden with YURI, performed “Always Find You” in front of several thousand people during their Main Stage performances at Ultra Music Festival last week in Miami.
“Always Find You” fuses the unparalleled talents of Raiden and YURI in an unexpected but incredible collaboration. Raiden is an academically trained producer and guitarist, as seen in the music video, as well as critically acclaimed artist who has established himself as a force to be reckoned with; his track “Heart of Steel” featuring Bright Lights was featured in the Ultra Korea 2016 aftermovie and played by David Guetta and Martin Garrix on their radio shows. Raiden’s performances at Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, Fabrik, Life in Color Ibiza and World DJ Festival have garnered him a loyal international audience. As part of the Protocol family, Raiden will continue evolving into one of the industry’s most esteemed producers. YURI gained her superstar credentials as part of the No.1 girl group Girls’ Generation, and has since experienced success and demonstrated her abilities not only as a singer but as an actress. Her partnership with Raiden opens a new world of possibilities for the South Korean singer and actress. Let us hope that “Always Find You” isn’t the last collaboration between these two talented artists!
