RAMI Returns With Another Mellow Tune, "Far From Home"
LA-based producer of Lebanese origins, RAMI returns with his second single of 2018. Following the successful release of “Fireproof” last February, he maintains a similar style with this new offering. In a few words, “Far From Home”, is the perfect slow dance jam to play during a sunny day at the beach. This means that you’ll get delighted with acoustic tropical vibes. Nevertheless, Mougleta is also worthy of praise for providing her catchy vocals. Yocannot have one without the other. So, this track is the result of a spectacular collaboration. Stream in full down here via Spotify, and let us know your opinion.

Take a listen to a preview below.

But that’s not all, this year he’s also planning to release a set of remixes for some original tracks. On another note, he’s been working closely in Atlanta for a different project, a romantic film comedy called “Ser Papá”. By the same token, a sports clothing line under the imprint of Phantom Boy is one of his next goals.

Phantom Boy won Best Indie Artist in 2019 Electro Wow Music Awards. Innovation and perseverance were the keys to such incredible nomination. Nicky Romero’s Tune “Stay” Will Take You Back To Your First Love

Published

nicki romero stay
Nicky Romero
showcases his softer side with “Stay”. Drawing upon the style of his 2019 releases like “Love You Forever” ft. Sam Martin, “Sometimes” with DallasK, and “Distance” with Olivia Holt, Romero trades in driving basslines and big-room synths for gently undulating instrumentals and a gently progressive drop in the new track. The Protocol label head pairs the dreamy melodies with emotive vocals, producing lines like “why don’t we stay, and not get older like we’re supposed to” that evoke the nostalgia of youthful romance. “Stay” follows Nicky’s club-ready “I See” released in January as Romero’s first single of the year.

After taking the world by storm with early hits such as “Legacy” (with Krewella) and #1 single “I Could Be The One” (with Avicii), Nicky Romero quickly proved that his talent is ever-evolving and here to stay. After launching his Protocol Recordings imprint in 2012, the renowned performer, producer, and label head continued his personal successes with a string of high-profile releases, ranging from collabs with Mike Williams & Amba Shepherd, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, W&W, DallasK & XYLØ and Steve Aoki & Kiiara to remixes for the likes of Kygo, Rita Ora, David Guetta, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Jess Glynne and more. All the while showcasing his label’s roster via his weekly Protocol Radio show, Nicky Romero continues to touch down across the globe for his incredible live performances, including residencies at Las Vegas’ Hakkasan and Omnia and forthcoming shows at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, ageHa in Tokio, Echostage in Washington DC, Du Arena in Abu Dhabi, Ultra Music Festival in Miami and more. Stay tuned to see what he has up his sleeve next.

Nicky Romero’s schedule:

Feb 08 – Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park – London, UK
Feb 14 – NOTO Philadelphia – Philadelphia, PA
Feb 15 – Echostage – Washington, DC
Feb 22 – ageHa – Tokyo, JP
Mar 06 – RAI Amsterdam – Amsterdam, NL

The imprint is currently home to R3HAB himself and a strong roster of artists, including Skytech, Tommy Jayden, Dropgun, Cityzen, and more. Among them is DNF, who found a home on the label in 2019 and has been making waves ever since. The Polish artist previously released on Ultra Records, Armada, and Sony Music before joining the CYB3RPVNK crew.
