Victoria Hesketh’s (Little Boots) newest gem “Crying On The Inside” demands you to sing at the top of your lungs. Beyond the sad lyrics, it turns into an Electro-Pop classic you can dance to.
What else can you ask for?… There’s a brilliant melancholic chorus that precedes the melodic climbs as well.
According to the British artist herself, “Crying On the Inside” revolves around personal challenges and putting on a brave face. Clearly, she has the ability to deeply connect with listeners through a sensible songwriting style.

In addition, the original demo of this track was shared months ago on her Patreon channel. Amazingly, everyone in her community encouraged Little Boots to re-record it for the new album.
By all means, you can tell she was inspired by Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams,” however, “Crying On The Inside” is a cheerful sounding composition whose lyrics are absolutely not.
It’s worth mentioning, ‘Tomorrow Yesterday’ is the title of her next album. Be sure to mark your calendars for March 18th, 2022.
Last December, her previously released single “Landline” was picked by Electro Wow as one of the best Disco tracks of 2021. Read more here.
