Vibe Out To Synth-Fueled Melodies: Camp Crush – Electric Suns

Published

on

Life partners, spouses, and best friends, the Portland duo Camp Crush is back strong in 2025 with their first single, “Electric Suns.” Feel the vibe of synth-fueled melodies and check out the new music video here on Electro Wow!

Their unmistakable signature style with ingredients like drama and euphoria sounds just as good as their popular anthem, “Shadows,” released three years ago. Moreover, this one will add some energy to your day, even if it’s Monday…

“Electric Suns,” Where Escapism Meets New Wave

First off, “Electric Suns” really stands out thanks to its epic chorus, with those soaring highs and Jen Deale’s super energetic performance, it’s just awesome! The strong drum beats from Chris Spicer back up lyrics that dive into themes of escapism and wanting to break free from the limits of everyday life.

Clearly, it’s a jam designed for Electro-Pop lovers with an adventurous spirit and a passion for New Wave beats. You’re gonna be all over this synth-fueled track!

Besides, it feels like listening to an antidote for monotony, that’s how I’d sum up the essence behind these creative lyrics.

On the other hand, it revolves around chasing freedom, ditching the ordinary, feeling like you belong somewhere totally different, and questioning what you really want in life.

All those emotions and ideas come through loud and clear in “Electric Suns.”

From Limited Resources to Limitless Creativity

With limited resources but a lot of dedication to pushing this new project forward, Camp Crush releases this single along with a good music video. Featuring a simple aesthetic and visual effects, the duo translates each verse of the song into visuals of pink ink and transparent curtains made of tulle.

Of course, all of this creates something ethereal and delicate in the set design that fits perfectly with the intense theme this cut explores.

In conclusion, I  love how they show that with just a few materials and a lot of imagination, you can do so much to promote songs independently without relying on big budgets.
