Ultra Music Festival wrapped up its year on October 15th with a sold-out event held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil’s famous Sambodromo, where the carnival takes place. The event drew a crowd of 60,000 attendees and featured performances by big names like Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Dash Berlin, and Hardwell.
In addition to this event, Ultra held eight events in five Latin American countries during October, completing a total of 26 events in 17 countries across five continents. This unmatched global presence has allowed the Ultra brand to attract one million festival-goers worldwide.

Ultra Music Festival’s global reach has been tremendous with 165 million people tuning in to UMF TV to follow their events online, and the official after movies getting over 40 million views. They have also been successful in developing their new underground brand Resistance, with events held in Paraguay, Peru, and Chile for three consecutive days. This performance highlights Ultra’s expertise and power outside of their Miami base.
