With the feet on the ground, K.O.A.K. gives us to understand we can’t avoid reality. From my view, the energy of his new single “Dealing Wit Life” is frenetic while his verses are brutally honest. Surely, life is not a problem to be solved, however, the rapper from Louisiana hints about his spirituality to overcome the adversities of life (loss of a loved one) through the lyrics. Moreover, visuals take place in a cemetery and also in what looks to be his neighborhood, providing an intimate touch to the whole clip. On the other hand, rhymes are cleverly executed, but the chorus is my favorite part. Without further ado, he’s officially one to watch that will caught many Hip-Hop lovers this year.
