Anouk Matton, AKA MATTN (Dimitri Vegas‘ wife), is stirring up nostalgia among fans with her EDM cover of Britney Spears‘ “Everytime.” Using her own vocals, she gives this classic Pop ballad a refreshing twist, now with a beat powerful enough to keep you dancing all night long!
On the other hand, the official visuals look pretty simple with no real storyline; however, the track itself sounds so good it’s worth playing on repeat without stopping! Press play below.
An EDM Bop With A Broken Heart
This isn’t just another festival banger. “Everytime” takes that soaring, emotional energy and slams it straight into explosive main stage territory. Think crystalline synths building into massive melodies, thunderous kicks, racing percussion, and drops that basically demand you throw your hands up.
It’s the kind of tune that works whether you’re losing it in a crowd or just staring out a window at 2 AM feeling some way.
The Vocals Do Not Play Around
The vocal performance here is rich and ascending, giving the whole track this emotional backbone that cuts through all the production scale. Moreover, there’s a real sense of longing woven into the lyrics.
That contrast between raw feeling and massive sound design is basically MATTN’s whole thing at this point, and once again the Belgian DJ-producer nails it!

Euphoria Meets Vulnerability
What makes this new version of “Everytime” so dope is the push and pull. Euphoric breakdowns melt into explosive drops, shimmering textures build into anthemic arrangements, and somehow it all still feels unified.
It’s a Big Room/EDM production wrapped around genuinely intimate storytelling, which is a tough balance to strike, but MATTN makes it look easy.
And I’d dare to say Britney herself would be pretty proud of what she has pulled off with this innovative tribute to the Princess of Pop. One way or another, it also really reminds me of the style of Cascada and Basshunter, and I genuinely applaud it. Can’t wait to hear more…
