Balbert Alvin – Iceland’s Electronic Mystery Man

Balbert Alvin, a relatively unknown producer from Iceland has been gaining some traction recently, especially his haunting 10-minute song called “Aleppo,” described as an emerging global anthem.

His audience does not seem to agree on any specific genre but they hear similarities from Depeche Mode, Air, and even NIN in his own stellar electronic soundscape. According to recent interviews, new material will be released in April.
